Never again! Ordered once there and i will never do it again. Support is rude when it comes to refunding... You have to pay extra fees if you want to pay with Paypal and they have high shipping costs both they won't refund. I will avoid this shop for sure!

Once again sorry that the received product is not as expected. Unfortunly we cannot give warranty on a perfect outer seal since they sometimes come this way directly from Pokemon. But we do accept returns and have sent you a return label direct after, you wanted a 50% discount or sent it back, as communicated trough whatsapp (you might not have received it, seems you blocked our number?) that when you sent everything back you offcourse will receive a full refund.
