I ordered this card for my Husband's first father's day. It shipped pretty fast and the card was perfect. He loved it! I would purchase again and recommend.

I found this company through an Instagram ad, and I’m glad I did! I ordered a Pokémon style card for my boyfriend. The layout was easy to customize and it arrived very quickly. It seems to be really good quality, and he loves it!

This shop is a scam and has terrible customer service. Don’t get sucked in by their spam ads. Poor communication, untrustworthy products, and bottom tier customer service.

Nice idea and concept, but ordering process is not great. I notified customer service and was told that they need to know the order number. After providing order number they shared with me that the mistake was what I made and that I input my child's birthday wrong. Although I am unsure if they tampered with the information to prove me wrong. I did not want to argue with them. I believe their ordering process needs further revision such as providing an email to confirm dates and names before processing order. I will not order from them again.

UPDATE: I also found another error on their part. I was able to get full refund though paypal. Paypal came through and helped me out. Glad I have paypal.

This company has issues with their ordering system. The wrong custom card was sent that is clearly incorrect vs the original order and they will not provide a replacement or refund.

Product arrive in a decent amount of time and looked AMAZING! My girlfriend loved it and has it on her desk at work.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They will mess up your order, not provide a digital copy to proof, and will stop responding to your emails if they deem it too much work to correct issues. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

Great experience! I appreciated the shipping updates for my order and my card was exactly what i ordered. The quality was also impressive, the card has some weight to it. I got it as a Valentine’s day gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. :)

It got here earlier to the day it said!! It was just a fun new experience overall and I felt so welcomed by the business 😁

Legit product. I ordered a card of my girlfriend and I for Valentine's Day and the artwork was perfect and very cute. It turned out exactly how I hope it would and we both love it. Highly recommend.

I've had more than 4 pieces made for me from them, including mostly metal cards and a few canvases. They have all been very amazing and I still continue to get some when I can. I love every card I've gotten and the always respond pretty fast except maybe around holidays when the have mass orders. Overall I love these metal cards and will continue to get them

I was super happy with my experience with PokePet Shop. They sent me a draft copy of what my card would look like and, I needed my pup to be darker in colour and more curls added and they changed that no problem for me. Within the same day I had the exact draft piece I wanted and shipping didn’t take to long either! It was fun picking my own powers for my pup and everything else I was able to fully customize myself which made for an amazing gift to my boyfriend. Also got one for our son to! Would buy again 100%

Valentines order never received.

Tracking number created, but nothing shipped. Followed up and they said it was an address error (lie). Claimed to have rectified it. Again, tracking number created but nothing shipped. Customer service is abysmal.

Advertised that Metal Cards will be shipped within "5-7 business days AFTER image approval" and "in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer" during holidays.

Based on the advertised shipping at the worst I should gotten my order shipped on 02/16 or 02/19.
After my artwork was approved on 02/02 and 3+ weeks of my order being "at the warehouse" I still have not received shipping information on my expedited order.

01/24 - Order placed with expedited order.
01/30-02/02 - Preview artwork received and revisions made.
02/02 - Preview artwork approved.
02/02 (1hr later) - I emailed about an error on the artwork's written section.
02/05 - Poke Pet responded that my order was at the warehouse and could not be edited. Shipping to come promptly.
02/07 - I emailed requesting the follow up since I hadn't gotten any shipping information.
02/08 - Poke Pet responded it would ship within the next few days.
02/12 - I followed up since I hadn't received shipping info and this was supposed to be a Valentines order with paid for expedited ordering.
02/13 - I sent a follow up email after 24hrs of no response.
02/14 - Poke Pet responded that you will be working to expedite my order in a timely manner.
02/16 - I follow up again due to no shipping
information and ask about where my order was in your warehouse que.
02/19 - Poke Pet responded asking about
clarification on my shipping address.
02/19 - I respond that you can use either with or without the apostrophe in my address as both will work, but to use whichever works for your system.
02/21 - Poke Pet responded that they updated
my shipping address.
02/23 - I follow up asking again about
shipping information.
02/26 - Poke Pet responded that I should "rest assured that my order is being worked on" and
that my shipping will come soon.
02/26 - I responded that I was filing a dispute with PayPal on my order.

Filed a notice to the BBB on the false advertising and request for a refund.

Also had a poor experience. They gave me the run-around, telling me I had to pay for various changes that I had previously confirmed with them. For example I would request a change that they would confirm, and then 3 days later tell me it was an extra $10 or $50 for the change. First shipment never arrived. They sent a second shipment that finally arrived 01/22/2024…. original order was placed on 12/17/2023. I started telling my friends that I got scammed because I legitimately thought I would never get my order. Should have googled reviews before placing an order.

Yeah so on December 6th, I paid them under the pretense of guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I understood the process: that once their artists have completed the art, they send it to you for approval, and if you choose to make alterations then it will delay the whole process by another 1-4 days. Okay, fair enough.
So after I paid for guaranteed Christmas delivery, they sent me the art a couple days later. But the image was a dead link. I tried to "open image in new tab" but the new tab only showed some error text. So I informed them of this, asked them to try sending the art in a different format, and told them that it isn't really fair to delay the delivery process when they have sent me art that I simply can't view.
A couple days later I was sent the art in .png format, which I was able to view. Okay, it looked good. So I approved it.
Christmas came and went. Nothing. New Year's came and went. Nothing. It was January 8th when I finally received the pieces in the mail.
The pieces themselves look good, the artists did a good job. The acrylic case for the card was rather scuffed up already upon arrival, which is somewhat disappointing.
All in all, it's reasonably good art, but absolutely poor logistics.
