account blocked for 3 months due to unknown pokerstars IT problem
After having played for years, I received a notification early jan that my account would be blocked because of problems with pokerstars account verification. Sent again ID card and received a mail this was ok and acxepted. A few weeks later, my account is blocked. Again did the ID process ....and again accepted....but not deblocked. This is now ongoing for 3 months, claiming that this is the case with more Belgian acxounts. When asking what the detailed problem is, there is no answer, only that they will solve it as soon as possible (I have a different perception of soon).
In fact, I start to get the feeling they don't care , because I am not a big spender/player.
Are there more belgians in this situation ?
Maybe the belgian kansspelen commission should block all belgian accounts because of discrimination towards some belgian people ...untill they solve the issue.....then it would be solved quickly.
