Never use again -Not used products for 10 years -

Not used there products for 10 years when I owned personal trading studio and loved the then products - highly recommending the watches.

Unfortunately they are not truly customer serviced base- to look at return policy (14 days if not worn??? this is very old way of doing things- not for a company that trusts its product)

Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro

Great communication throughout the ordering process. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening. Very fast delivery and well-packaged headphones. I bought B-stock Beyerdynamic DT 770's and couldn't be happier with the quality. Overall, would shop here again.

Recommended, top class experience.

I found Polar on Google during my search of some better quality audio equipment for PC gaming, and discovered their range of 'B' stock items. I was dubious having read a few of the reviews on here but after a quick chat with a nice chap at Polar on the phone I placed my order for some Beyerdynamic kit in the early afternoon.

I had confirmation of dispatch later the same day and DPD delivered my items the following day!

The headphones were clearly used but clean and not damaged in any way or marked. My first foray into open back headphones has impressed.

The microphone is brand new as far as I'm concerned - I couldn't find any signs of use at all. This is ideal really as the discount provided wasn't particularly substantial so I guess the risk paid off?

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service from Polar and would genuinely recommend them.

I ordered Beyerdynamic headphones…

I ordered Beyerdynamic headphones (DTA770 Pro) from Polar Audio through Amazon and there was a fault several months after I bought them. Polar Audio who is official distributor of Beyerdynamic in the UK replied promptly and fixed the issue by repairing the headphones (warranty repair) unlike several other companies who try to find excuses not to honor the warranty. Before buying these headphones I bought AKG, which broke twice. Both times AKG refused to fix them free of charge and ended up throwing both pairs away. I appreciate the repairable make of the Beyerdynamic and the friendly customer care by Polar Audio. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Beyerdynamic DT 990 replacement Earpads and Foam inserts

I have a set of Beyerdynamic DT 990 250ohm I use for gaming, had them for 3 years and the ear pads have eventually failed on one side. Tried a few 3rd party ebay and they altered the sound profile and were terrible.

I went to Beyerdynamic Europe to be redirected to polar.uk.com and ordered the Earpads EDT 990 V Earpads and foam inserts on Thursday 11/09 and they arrived Saturday 13/09 at 13:00pm. I was not expecting them so soon. They fitted really easy and haven't altered the sound profile. I'm really pleased, and it's been a great experience so far for me.

Worst experience with any Audio conpany ever!

Wow! This company has massively gone down hill.

So I finally recieved my order after over a month of waiting and several excuses about shipments being lost only to find that they had sent me the wrong item. I have now returned it as agreed but instead of issuing my refund they have created a credit note.

Just to be clear. I will never use this company again and if they do not refund my money in full to my original payment method then I will be looking into legal action!

I recently ordered some b-stock Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 Ohm limited Edition. These were sent and arrived within 2 days. They were very neatly packed and the box was still in great condition. The headphones themselves were like new and were exactly what I was looking for. Couldnt ask for more.

Wish I'd checked these reviews first. Bought a Mackie PSU, a generic OEM one arrived. Plugged it in, dead 24hrs later. Thoroughly tested with other adaptors and my old buzzing OG pay and mixer was fine. Crap OEM garbage with no QC. They then expected me to pay to return it!!! Luckily I only wasted £13 on these clowns and I suspect, they'll be out of business by 2027.

Does this company actually exist

Does this company actually exist. I placed an order the beginning of July but haven’t received anything. I’ve phoned on a daily basis but no reply to landline or mobile. I’ve emailed them but no response. I’ve even looked them up on Companies House but can’t seem to be able to find them. Are they a scam company?????

Dreadful Dreadful Company.

Dreadful Dreadful Company, if you don't feel like reading the rest of the review then simply just know they don't care whatsoever about you as the customer and couldn't give less of a crap about how your expensive electronics are packaged, begs the question of if they have even ever heard of bubble wrap, pitiful, pitiful company.

It truly does show what kind of company they are when they don't even respond to their own reviews even the good ones which they are scarce.

So my experience with them, I ordered some new headphones as they were the only place to get them from and oh am I lucky I recorded myself opening it because without that proof I don't think they would ever of responded.

So opened up my headphones to find the worst packaging ever no protection what so ever. I've had paint brushes come package more securely.

So get the headphones out to find they look like they have been tied behind a car and dragged all the way to my house absolutely covered in scratches and paint chips.

So I contact them like any normal person 3 departments later one finally gets back to me and didn't seem like they would help until I hit them with the video and photo proof of me opening them.

Eventually came to an agreement to send me a replacement only took over a week to even get to that point not to mention the previous time waiting for them to arrive.

And simply to not blab on too long the replacement came and was worse than the original and this time they just don't want to help at all they are not willing to give a discount on another pair or anything just basically saying a big f you to me especially.

Here's the kicker they first offered me only a £20 refund like who do they think we are. Corporate greed at its finest who knows how this company even stays in business ridiculous.

So simply it's been weeks and I'm still dealing with it trying to get it sorted but they just couldn't care any less about the situation.

Disgusting disgrace of a company no morals at all for messing people around for weeks.

Appaling, sold a clearly used pair of headphones as new

I purchased a pair of Beyerdynamic DT1990 Pros for £422 on Amazon as NEW.

When I receieved the headphones, the pads had been switched out so that one earcup had the A pads, and the other had the B pad on it.
The box was also open and had significant damage on it.

This is essentially fraud, and it's absolutely shameful.
I've raised a formal complaint with Amazon and they shall be investigating further.

refusal to assist with warranty concern

asked them to send me a replacement part for my headphones that are still within their 2 year warranty, provided proof of purchase, and images of the very well known defective part and my attempt to rig them them back together to get me by.

as i need them, i cant really send them in for repair, they refuse to send me the repair parts, and insist i return them at my expense for warranty repair, leaving me without headphones for however long it would take to get them inspected, repaired and sent back to me.

Received a new headphone set which was faulty…

Received a new headphone set which was faulty. Polar responded with a warranty repair service. As this was supposedly new and less than 24 hours after receipt, I expected a new replacement, but I got a repair under warranty and the cost of return was at my expense. As this was new I would have expected, at least, recompense for the return. I am not happy with this company's policy for replacement of items supplied faulty.

Disappointed

Very Disappointed I bought a item from polar the item arrived 7 days after I ordered it and on the website it said item in stock I emailed them ref another item that I needed help with a faulty speaker stand and asked if they could supply the part and they weren't intrested no help at all Avoid this company its a great shame that they didn't want to help they just take your money no customer service at all someone else will get my business in the future

Exemplary old school customer service by phone - polite, helpful and polished.

Resolved a delivery problem created solely by DPD courier with reassuring concern, professionalism and lucid, rapid communication.

Great value for money Beyerdynamic "B-stock" - superb DT 770 PRO 80 headphones with no signs of use or wear.

Securely-packaged goods and crisp electronic comms and paperwork.

Polar.uk.com deserve a higher standalone profile for direct sales rather than via Amazon.

Highly recommendable on this first dealing.
