They made it right

So, my ice bath had a delay in shipping. Julius reached out to me and upgraded me to the best chiller they have which is greatly appreciated. Sometimes things happen, it’s nice to see this company cares and made it right.

Ordered a $599.99 Polar Ice Pod with…

Ordered a $599.99 Polar Ice Pod with Chiller, great price, great shipping time. Then, on the day it was supposed to arrive, they changed the shipping address back to their warehouse, marked it as delivered, and never contacted me about any of this. They also never gave my money back so now I have to file a dispute with my bank. It is extremely weird and almost seems like a scam to act like they completed the delivery when they really didnt.

My tub thus far (about a month) has worked great. The polar dive team has also been very responsive and reactive with any questions and concerns. I’ve referred two friends to their products and they’ve also had a great experience.

The Polar Dive cold plunge is well made and easy to set up. Everything about the experience has been smooth, from unboxing to installation. The customer service team was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. You can tell this company stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

Great tub, bad customer service.

The original tub i was sent didn't hold air. It leaked from day one when we got it. When I requested a replacement or refund Polar Dive's response is that I could buy a new tub from them at their cost. There was a lot of push back from customer service and it wasn't until I posted a negative review that somebody from management reached out. In the end they made it right and the quality of the replacement has been outstanding so far. Manufacturer defects happen and this would be a 5 star review if their customer service would have been helpful from the beginning.

Terrible product and no customer service …

Update 7/29/25 -

I am updating my original review to 3 stars. While my original situation (see below in this review) was beyond non-ideal, Max, their stated COO, reached out per my original review and experience. He took the time to talk to me on the phone, listened to my situation, and had a new chiller expedited. He even sent a second tub at no charge, which was unexpected! I am just now using the new set up, which the set up is fairly straightforward and easy, so let's hope my original situation was a fluke of equipment issues. I may come back and bump up one more star if it works for longer than a few weeks!

I ordered the tub with cooler and the cooler stopped working less than 2 weeks from set up. I couldn't get a person on the phone and only received communication via email. They made me ship the cooler back before they would send a replacement. They received the cooler over a week ago and no communication or replacement. Do not order from this company!!!

Exceptional Customer Service

I ordered a polar dive chiller and tub. Upon delivery I was missing some parts. The customer service was excellent they shipped out the missing parts and had me enjoying my polar dive in no time. Everytime I reached out to customer service they resolved every issue and went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I love my cold plunge and thank the staff for solving every issue I had.

Excellent Company..Responsive to Queries, the product works great..I always get intelligent and responsive answers to my questions. We had another..slightly cheaper Chinese brand on amazon at first.. never a response to queries..none..polar dive is a breath of fresh air ! and the cold plunge benefits are great and the system has been flawless.

Constant Leaks

Overall it is an average product. I have had this product since December 2024. Fittings are made of plastic so overtime they have broken. The rubber tubes that carry the water from the chiller to the tub are prone to bending, so it will cut off the flow causing the chiller to run without water and overheat. However my biggest complaint is that it leaks constantly. It leaks from almost every fitting despite me buying additional plumbers tape and clamps. These are cheaply made products and I do not believe it is worth the price point. Save up and buy a higher end one.

Worth every penny

There were unexpected delays and the company went above and beyond to reassure me on arrival. Once I recieved the tub and cooler, it was everything that I was promised. Easy set up and after a month of use, I am feeling better joint relief and less stiffness overall. Excellent product

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am fully convinced this is a scam company, and the good reviews have been paid for. Too is month to get my order, and it came in missing the valves. Literally took another 3 weeks and about ten emails to get them to send me the valves, during which time the refunded me part of my order due to all the issues. Finally get the valves nearly two full months after ordering, and the entire tub leaks from around the bottom seam, to the point I’m afraid at any point it will just bust and flood my garage. Not to mention the chiller is way louder than they lead you to believe and took nearly 15 hours just to get 72 degree water down to 45. This is a scam and a complete rip off.

Plastic valves are garbage…

I ordered the combo with the sauna and the sauna never came. The plastic valves on the pod are absolute junk. The threads are not strong enough to hold their own weight. The chiller is amazing, May want to find another kind of pod.

Great product, THE MOST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!

As important as the enjoyment, and the great experience of using a cold plunge almost daily, for me has been is the enjoyment of dealing with polar dive as a company! I had some questions About programming and getting the tub to work in my specific temperature requests, I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Tyrell that was outstanding, and unfortunately, in today’s world, very unique in his, and his companies total focus on 100% customer satisfaction! Their responses and abilities to satisfy me as a customer pleasantly surprised me as to how far they would go to assure me that my needs and questions were handled 1000%.
