Pure drop shipping. Ordered an item in a certain size which I would expect would arrive in a couple of days since the website looks Swedish, but it takes weeks to get the item because of ”lack of personnel and high order pressure”. When it arrives it’s way too small and the fabric feels cheap. When emailing and asking for a return slip, they answer that it’s not possible and what they can offer is that you either get 25% back and can keep the item or you can get everything back but you need to pay the shipping to China. Very misleading since it says on the website that it’s ”30 days of right to return” and that it’s ”simple”. Avoid this shop.
