Review of PolarPeptide - GHK-Cu and BAC Water

I am giving PolarPeptide a 3.5/5 rating. My experience was a mix of professional-looking product and concerning "shady" tactics that they need to address to build real trust.

The Order Process:
On January 27, 2026, I contacted their website chat. They were quick to respond and provided a CoA from BTLabs. I independently verified the CoA with BTLabs, and they confirmed it was valid. Based on the chat and website claiming 24h shipping, I placed an order for 3x GHK-Cu and 1x BAC water totaling $205.75.

Shipping and Communication:
After payment, communication went silent. Despite the 24h shipping claim, I heard nothing until February 4, when a label was created. It sat in that status for two days. By this point, I was convinced I had been scammed. However, the package finally arrived on February 10 (two weeks after ordering). It was nicely packaged with professional bottles, company stickers, an invoice, and a discount coupon. The BAC water was genuine, and after using the reconstituted GHK-Cu for five days, the results are as expected.

The Red Flags:
While I received the product, there are several "weird" things potential buyers should know:

The CoA provided was for a company called "Green Peptide." BTLabs told me this isn't uncommon, but it is worth noting.

There was no batch number on the CoA.

I requested the specific CoA for the batch I actually received and never got a response.

The domain was registered only a few months ago, yet they claim to have over 10,000 Canadian customers.

The website reviews (visible on mobile) have suspicious dates, including some dated in the future.

Conclusion:
Was I scammed? No. I received a clean, professionally branded product that works. However, the "24h shipping" is inaccurate, and they seem to be using some questionable marketing tactics to appear more established than they are.

Will I order again? Maybe, but only if they start responding to support emails and provide traceable CoAs for the specific batches they ship. They clearly put effort into the branding and packaging, but they need to improve transparency and communication if they want to be a top-tier vendor.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review — we genuinely appreciate the balanced feedback, and we’re glad to hear that your order arrived professionally packaged and that the products performed as expected.

That said, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay and the communication gap you experienced. We completely understand how frustrating that is, especially when our website advertises fast shipping.

Shipping & Communication

While we aim to ship quickly, shipping timelines are not always guaranteed due to order volume, processing queues, and carrier delays (including label creation scans and pickup timing). That is not an excuse for the lack of updates, and we acknowledge we should have communicated better in your case.

To prevent this from happening again, we have already improved our support operations and added additional customer service staff to ensure emails and messages are answered consistently and promptly.

Addressing the “Red Flags” Mentioned

We also want to address the points you raised directly, as transparency matters:

1) CoA showing “Green Peptide”
This is correct and expected. The CoA you received was from the supplier/manufacturer we were working with at that time. Many suppliers operate under separate manufacturing and distribution names, and CoAs often reflect the original source rather than the reseller brand. This is not unusual, and as you confirmed, BTLabs validated it as legitimate.

2) Batch number not displayed on the CoA
Batch tracking is handled internally on our end. We receive large shipments and assign internal batch identifiers for warehouse inventory management. While we understand why customers prefer to see batch numbers displayed publicly, the absence of a batch number on the CoA does not indicate the product is illegitimate.

3) Request for the specific CoA for your batch
You are correct — we should have responded to this request. That is on us. We are actively improving this process and will be providing clearer batch-level documentation moving forward.

4) Domain registration / company age
Our domain has been active for several months, and while Polar Peptides is a newer brand name, we previously operated under a different company structure and transitioned into Polar Peptides as a more modern, organized platform. The domain age does not reflect the full history of the operation.

5) 10,000+ Canadian customers claim
We stand by this statement. We have absolute internal proof of order volume and customer count. Over a period of months, with consistent daily orders, that figure is realistic and accurate.

6) Website review dates appearing suspicious (including future dates)
Thank you for pointing this out — this is not intentional. If any review timestamps are displaying incorrectly on mobile, that is likely a formatting or plugin-related issue, and we are reviewing this immediately to ensure everything is displayed accurately.

Final Note

We respect your honest feedback. You were not “scammed,” and we’re glad the product quality met expectations — but we agree that communication and transparency must match the quality of the product.

If you ever choose to order again and have any concerns at all, please contact us directly with your order number and we will make it right immediately.

Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Experience with Polar Peptides Feb 9-13

February 9th, I e-transfered 198.43 to polar peptide. Received email acknowledging Received. Never received order number to track shipment or info on shipment. Sent numerous messages to contact help with no reply. Sent message on whats up. Got response apologizing for heavy flow and would ship by end of day. Well end of day received message it was shipped. Fri 13th , check post office tracking and it stated label was made on the 12th and was waiting for pickup. So it's still not shipped. Polar peptides advertised same day shipping. This is my third and last order from polar peptides. I received contact from Polar peptides and greived my experience with them. Thankfully I received refund and ordered from another. My experience is equal to others on Trustpilot. When I told them of my review they told me they would red flag it. Well here we go. I'm not the only one who has written it a review on the same matter. I don't walk alone. This is our way to help others to not go thru this frustrating experience.

Hi David,

For transparency: this issue was already fully resolved directly with you, and this matter was closed.

You were provided a full refund, and once that refund was issued, the shipment was retrieved from Canada Post. This was clearly communicated to you.

It is also important to point out that you previously posted a review, removed it, and then reposted a new review again — despite the fact that the situation had already been resolved in full.

Your review also confirms that this was your third order with our business. It is not reasonable to repeatedly place multiple orders with a company, receive successful deliveries previously, and then attempt to portray the business as illegitimate after a resolved shipping delay.

We understand delays can happen, especially with Canada Post and label processing timelines. However, once you raised the issue, we responded, issued a refund, and closed the matter properly.

At this point, continuing to post negative reviews after receiving a full refund is not a good-faith representation of the outcome and is unnecessarily damaging.

If you have any further concerns, you can contact us directly with your order number. Otherwise, the matter remains closed.

Scam

Scam
Looks legit and they give you an order number claiming you will receive shipping information the next day. It’s been many days and many emails with zero response. Total waste of time and money

Hi,

This review is not from a verified customer.

We requested additional information through Trustpilot to confirm the order and resolve this properly. The reviewer failed to provide any order number, email, or proof of purchase, which means we cannot match this to any legitimate transaction.

Using the word “scam” is an extremely serious and damaging accusation — and it is being used here with zero evidence. We want to be completely clear: not a single customer has ever been “scammed” by our business in any way.

We take this matter seriously and we will not tolerate competitors or anonymous individuals posting fake reviews to harm our reputation.

If you are a real customer, provide your order number and we will resolve your concern immediately. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, then this review is nothing more than an unsubstantiated attempt to damage our business.

Complete scam

Complete scam , do not order from this site. Looks official but no phone number and the one I did finally find goes right to voicemail not even saying who or what company the number is associated with.

Hi,

This review is not from a verified customer.

We formally requested additional order details through Trustpilot so we could investigate and resolve this immediately. No order number, email, or proof of purchase was ever provided. Because of that, there is no way to verify that this person has ever placed an order with our business.

Calling a legitimate company a “scam” from an anonymous account, without any proof or identifying information, is not a genuine review — it is an attempt to harm our reputation.

To be clear: we have never scammed anyone, and we take accusations like this extremely seriously. We will not tolerate competitors or bad actors posting false reviews to mislead customers.

If you are a real customer, reply publicly with your order number or contact us directly with your purchase details and we will address it immediately. Otherwise, this review stands as unsubstantiated and misleading.
