Review of PolarPeptide - GHK-Cu and BAC Water
I am giving PolarPeptide a 3.5/5 rating. My experience was a mix of professional-looking product and concerning "shady" tactics that they need to address to build real trust.
The Order Process:
On January 27, 2026, I contacted their website chat. They were quick to respond and provided a CoA from BTLabs. I independently verified the CoA with BTLabs, and they confirmed it was valid. Based on the chat and website claiming 24h shipping, I placed an order for 3x GHK-Cu and 1x BAC water totaling $205.75.
Shipping and Communication:
After payment, communication went silent. Despite the 24h shipping claim, I heard nothing until February 4, when a label was created. It sat in that status for two days. By this point, I was convinced I had been scammed. However, the package finally arrived on February 10 (two weeks after ordering). It was nicely packaged with professional bottles, company stickers, an invoice, and a discount coupon. The BAC water was genuine, and after using the reconstituted GHK-Cu for five days, the results are as expected.
The Red Flags:
While I received the product, there are several "weird" things potential buyers should know:
The CoA provided was for a company called "Green Peptide." BTLabs told me this isn't uncommon, but it is worth noting.
There was no batch number on the CoA.
I requested the specific CoA for the batch I actually received and never got a response.
The domain was registered only a few months ago, yet they claim to have over 10,000 Canadian customers.
The website reviews (visible on mobile) have suspicious dates, including some dated in the future.
Conclusion:
Was I scammed? No. I received a clean, professionally branded product that works. However, the "24h shipping" is inaccurate, and they seem to be using some questionable marketing tactics to appear more established than they are.
Will I order again? Maybe, but only if they start responding to support emails and provide traceable CoAs for the specific batches they ship. They clearly put effort into the branding and packaging, but they need to improve transparency and communication if they want to be a top-tier vendor.

Experience with Polar Peptides Feb 9-13
February 9th, I e-transfered 198.43 to polar peptide. Received email acknowledging Received. Never received order number to track shipment or info on shipment. Sent numerous messages to contact help with no reply. Sent message on whats up. Got response apologizing for heavy flow and would ship by end of day. Well end of day received message it was shipped. Fri 13th , check post office tracking and it stated label was made on the 12th and was waiting for pickup. So it's still not shipped. Polar peptides advertised same day shipping. This is my third and last order from polar peptides. I received contact from Polar peptides and greived my experience with them. Thankfully I received refund and ordered from another. My experience is equal to others on Trustpilot. When I told them of my review they told me they would red flag it. Well here we go. I'm not the only one who has written it a review on the same matter. I don't walk alone. This is our way to help others to not go thru this frustrating experience.

Scam
Scam
Looks legit and they give you an order number claiming you will receive shipping information the next day. It’s been many days and many emails with zero response. Total waste of time and money

Complete scam
Complete scam , do not order from this site. Looks official but no phone number and the one I did finally find goes right to voicemail not even saying who or what company the number is associated with.
