Everyone in the team was knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure that I was happy with the plan to replace a door and window before fitting. The fitters were efficient and made a lovely job. I was very pleased with the result.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. One of the windows couldn’t even be installed on the agreed date because it arrived damaged, which immediately caused delays. The door that was installed was warped and had to be replaced, meaning further disruption and additional appointments.

Communication throughout the process was poor. I often had to chase for updates and felt left in the dark about timelines. The workmanship on the initial installation was not to an acceptable standard, which resulted in repeated visits to correct issues that should not have occurred in the first place.

The whole experience caused a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary stress. While the work has now eventually been completed, the process fell far below what I would expect when paying for professional installation. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Had a set of patio doors fitted today by Calum. He arrived punctually and got on with it. He worked cleanly and left the house as he found it. The time scale was as set out for the fitting, when he left you wouldn’t know he been there apart from the new doors of course.

I have recently had new windows from Polar Windows Ltd, and not had a good experience with the service. What could have been a two day job, ended up taking almost two months due to Polar firstly supplying the wrong size glass for the frames, once that had been sorted, they provided the wrong beading to hold in the glass and then sent an employee who was not capable of fitting the beading !!!! 🤷🏼‍♀️😰
Eventually they sent another employee who was brilliant and finished the job but months later. During which I had to use several days holiday from work!
Whilst now all fitted and complete I do not consider the quality to be as good as previous windows (which were from Classic windows)
They then had the audacity to offer me compensation for the inconvenience of discount on further windows 😱🤣🤣🤣
I would like to know if they would use their company again if they had received such service themselves 🤔🤔🤔

Guys that came out were fantastic. We didn't have to wait long between surveys and fitting.

The job was done in an afternoon and cleaned up after themselves.

They also took time to have a look at another window for us.

Office staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming.

Disgusting service from this business - bullying tactics used on vulnerable people. Fraudulently quoting extortionate prices and forcing their way into people's home. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Had a front door fitted recently, no pushy salesman but a helpful one ,the guys micky and cal did a great job ,cleaned all there mess up when finished, definitely recommend polar windows

I've recently had my Soffits Fascia's & Gutters Replaced In Rosewood, Part of my property had to be scaffolded . I'm really happy with the job it has transformed the appearance of my bungalow. The fitters were very courteous clean & tidy & would be happy to recommend & use them them again also a special thankyou Mark the sales man For over seeing everything.

I had my full house of windows and doors fitted by polar windows, they used the latest veka windows and from start to finish they were very professional and helpful, the fitters were an absolute credit to the company

Had a new front and back door and a replacement window fitted by Polar and I'm really pleased with the quality and service provided. Salesmen wasn't pushy and offered some really good advice on the choice of different doors. The fitters were on time and cleaned up and left everything tidy! I'd definitely recommend Polar windows without a doubt!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Polar Windows. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We decided to upgrade our home with new uPVC windows and a gorgeous composite door, and it has made such a difference.

All new windows fitted in June 2022. Excellent price and fitters were great - no mess whatsoever. Had a problem with a faulty frame in May 2024 and after 2 months of trying to get it replaced, it was finally done today by Micky and Cal who have been absolutely excellent. Cannot fault either set of fitters, but the company don't know what after service is.

Don't use Polar Windows. I had some doors fitted, which were sub-standard. I have been trying to get them replaced for the last 3/4 months. These guys don't give a s**t after they have been paid. Even when I raised a formal complaint, I had no response. Take your business somewhere else. I won't be using them again.

I needed urgent help with my conservatory, not supplied or built by Polar may I add, I spotted the van and gave them a bell within 4 hours the team came around and checked the issue - I had a slider ( panel slipping ) caused by the tropical weather conditions (lol) parts ordered and hey presto next day all fixed great service, polite and respectful and professional service thank you Team Polar

Fitters Micky and Cal very efficient and friendly excellent job done.
Process excellent from start to finish
Would recommend.
