Great customer service. Ordered before Christmas and knew it wouldn't be delivered until January. A quick email for an eta and it was a rapid response and recieved my boots on the date stated. I love the boots and came very well packaged

Wow, they delivered so fast I was in shock 📦 the shoes were also the most comfortable heel I ever worn. The only thing is that I ordered a size 5 and I must be a size 4 as my foot is sliding and the toe part is hurting very badly, but they are out of size 4 so I will hopefully fix this with sticky party feet gel thing 🤞🏼

I was so happy with all 5 of my purchases all my heels and platforms were all the right size I was in work all day come home started doing my cat walk at 1 am making sure the fit is perfect my mum was laughing at me I said they fit so I was super super happy thanks again so much for an amazing service

I found the exact boots I was looking for and they had them in my size. They were delivered by Royal Mail 24 hour delivery and the customer service operator (she was called Mercedes) sent me some very helpful information including the discount.
