Great experience so far
I recently placed an order for 2 pairs of heels from their website and as advised in the description I inquired via email whether these would be available in their uk warehouse for quicker dispatch. A member of the team got back to me the following morning less than 12 hours later informing me that unfortunately they weren’t, but as long as I placed my order by the Thursday at 3pm, they could be added into their next shipment from the US and dispatched for next day delivery as soon as they got them on the following Monday. As promised I got an email from Royal Mail today that they’ll be out for delivery tomorrow morning (Wednesday). So I’ll get them in less than a week from when I placed my order. I was even skeptical because I ended up placing my order only a few hours before 3pm on the Thursday. Very happy with the customer service I received so far and I will certainly keep buying my heels here going forward. Thank you!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes in their Boxing Day sale (and was charged in full). After waiting more than 10 days for anything more than an order confirmation (they state delivery can take 10 days) I chased them to see what was happening (I tried to call but they don't seem to answer their phones so I had to wait for a response to an online request). At this point they told me that the shoes had been unavailable so they had emailed me (they hadn't) and had chosen to hold onto my money 'in case I wanted something else'. When I looked for the shoes I'd ordered on the website they were apparently available in the correct size but were now at full price so their claim that the shoes were unavailable doesn't even appear to be true, I believe they just decided they didn't want to sell them for the price they'd agreed (and taken the cash for). They did refund my money once I chased them but I do wonder what would have happened if I'd failed to.

Unfortunately, our offices were closed during the festive period, which led to the delay in providing accurate information about the availability of the order and difficulties in reaching us for clarification. Your frustration is completely understandable, and I acknowledge that the process did not meet your expectations.
Nonetheless, I'm glad to learn that once you contacted us, your refund was promptly issued on 15th January. Additionally, our administrative staff immediately took the necessary steps to remove the product from our website entirely to prevent any similar situations from occurring in the future. It is worth mentioning that the style you ordered is genuinely no longer available in any size or colour and has been completely discontinued by the manufacturer.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the lack of updates to our stock control system for sale products over the festive break. We value your feedback and will work on improving our system to provide more accurate information. If you have any other concerns or further feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
