The one man show

Polenfönster.se had, at the time of my purchase, the lowest prices that I could find for Drutex PVC windows.
The windows were delivered on time, which was administered by Drutex. The Polish lorry driver that delivered the windows were very kind and placed the pallet on the driveway (and not in the street).
Polenfönster.se, the company, is a "one man show" which do not respond to emails and is very difficult to reach by phone.
There were no documentation on how to mount the windows neither in the delivery or on the website of Polenfönster.
Having mounted the windows, one of them lacked a feature that I ordered and so I have paid too much. Still no response from Polenfönster concerning this.
The next time buying windows I will definitely buy Drutex windows but I am not as sure I will buy them from Polenfönster.
