WORST customer service EVER
WORST customer service EVER. I ordered glasses in one of their store, the salesperson entered my shipping information in the iPad. One month later I still did not get my glasses, I contacted them, they did not answer before a week, to tell me that my address was wrong and that the glasses have been sent back to China, so either I pay 10€ to get them again, or they refund me only the frame (not the lenses, neither the shipping costs). I told them that their salesperson entered the address wrong so it was not my fault, but they told me that I should have check the confirmation email so it is all my responsibility and they won't offer compensation. Result: I lost one month without glasses, and money as well. My mistake was then to trust their professionalism, great. Wouldn't recommend at all!!
