  1. Loss Adjuster

Written by the company

Policyholder Advocacy Group is a Florida public adjusting firm founded in January 2012. We represent policyholders only. We never work for insurance companies. When a storm, fire, or water loss damages your home or business, the insurance company sends its own adjuster. That adjuster works for the carrier. Our licensed public adjusters work for you. We document the full scope of your loss, build the claim file the way the policy requires, and negotiate with the carrier for the maximum amount owed under the terms of your policy. The firm is led by Nathan Sheppard, a Florida licensed public adjuster with 17 years in insurance claims. Our team serves homeowners, condo associations, and commercial property owners across Florida, from Tampa to the Panhandle. Right now much of our work is focused on Hurricane Isaias recovery in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. Across Florida, nearly 8,500 Isaias claims closed without a payment. Every engagement starts with a Free 21-Point Storm Inspection. We inspect the property, show you the damage we find, and explain your options before you sign anything. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. Call (800) 511-2240 to schedule your free inspection or to get a specific question about your claim answered.

Erin, thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to write this. We take on the carrier so property owners do not have to fight alone, and it means a lot to hear that it shows. If you or anyone you know is facing a denied, delayed, or underpaid claim, call us at (800) 511-2240 or book a free 21-Point Storm Inspection on our site. We are here to help.

Thanks,

Nathan
