100% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rue the day I ever agreed to their services (which are not actual energy-providing services, they are nothing more than greedy, untrusthworthy "billing services" pretending to work "together with" utility companies. I do not know about Sorrento where they are based, BUT if you are in Umbria, there are so very many other energy providing companies to use that are actually genuinely truthworthy, professional, helpful. Most people I have spoken to in Umbria cancelled their contracts with Polis Energia within six months and transferred to a reputable company.It got so bad that I had to contact the European Commission and Arera to look into this company and perform a thorough investigation.
It was the WORST decision I made in my 20 years of using and having elecricity and gas providers "billing" companies. And that is truly all Polis Energia does -- they do not care about you as a customer, they will not assist you when you have a problem, and they will refuse to look into any bill that you know is wrong and any reading that is wrong. They will NOT accept photographic and video proof of a reading -- they do not care and will continue to bill the incorrect price, including tax on the incorrect price, sending a "form email" with the same one-line over and over. When they are finally forced to refund you, they will ONLY refund the incorrect "gas usage" but will KEEP the high taxes paid. I have also informed the authorities about this.
Save yourself the headache and stress that signing a contract with this untrustworthy company will give you.

In alcuni casi specifici, differenze tra letture effettive e letture stimate possono derivare da dati trasmessi fuori tempo dal Distributore Locale o da incongruenze nei consumi registrati dal suo misuratore, come previsto dalle normative. Siamo sempre disponibili a effettuare verifiche e a correggere eventuali anomalie, qualora riscontrate.
