I've been using Lady lotus oil for some time now. I'm so in love with this oil that my pledge to use it sparingly just didn't work. I'm unapologetic in saying that I sometimes put it on when working from home just to make myself feel special.

They were so lovely! Made me feel very comfortable throughout the message, very kind and accommodating. I bought the golden silk oil which I have been using for a while and it’s the best oil I’ve used, smells like chocolate and very soft on skin . Would definitely recommend x

I am sooo pumped right now after my fourth body contouring session with Harmony. I've been going to the gym but was finding it hard to lose my tummy. I've been going to Harmony for my massages for ages so decided to try the body contouring as was due to go on holiday. 4 sessions later and a flatter stomach. The lovely Arianna was so welcoming that made me feel relaxed for the session…I had a full body massage and wow what a difference to other massages I’ve had in the past..I’ve got rheumatoid arthritis and the pressure applied was just perfect..I’m floating and in total relaxed mode it was amazing…thank you!!!

I went to see Harmony for Lymphatic Drainage massage on my first visit. The space is so cosy and combined with Harmony’s energy my body felt instantly at home and relaxed! The treatment was fantastic and I bought the Lady Lotus oil, which feels and smells great!
On my second visit I had the body contouring on my buttocks and stomach, the results are amazing! Especially on my stomach which has changed after having 4 children. I am returning again to continue the treatment on my stomach!

I’ve completed 5 sessions of body contouring, and it’s a game-changer! My body is finally removing the stubborn fat in my tummy area. Harmony is lovely and so professional! 🥰 The treatment is so soothing and relaxing, I definitely recommend it!

Just finished my final fifth facial contouring session from Harmony at Polished and Poised.
It was spectacular! My face looks completely snatched, no baby fat no more girls ! I couldn’t be happier and will be returning for a touch up session every two months. The service was amazing, cleanliness 10/10 and Harmony is so sweet, we always have a good laugh; she always takes care of me whenever I come x.
I advise you to get the package of 5 sessions instead of one, it lasts longer and is worth it ❤️

I went to Harmony for 5 session of body contouring treatment focusing on my stomach, back, and glutes, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The sessions was so effective, I could see and feel the difference immediately! I left feeling empowered and confident in my body. Harmony is truly skilled at what she does; she made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I purchased the body oil and it firstly smells incredible but also keep my skin so hydrated all day!

The most amazing products. I can’t get enough of the smell. The product itself is super lightweight too so you don’t feel like you have loads of product on after as that’s a feeling I don’t like- the oil also gives you a nice glow after. Perfect for that post beach shower to empathise that tan

Had the greatest facial ever yesterday!!! It was my first facial ever and i had the best experience from the minute I walked in I felt so relaxed as I was talked through every single treatment that I was about to undergo I was also told if it was going to hurt or not which all of them didn't! Harmony created such a beautiful positive atmosphere where we were laughing non stop from the get go! All the products used were of a high quality and I have never felt so confident in my own skin! One thing in particular which I liked the most was that on arrival I asked what my main concerns were and what treatments were going to be used to tackle those issues and how effective they would be. At the end of my session I was given aftercare instructions and I was told how to look after my skin moving forward. Overall I would 100% recommend booking a facial with polished and poised she is the best to ever do it My skin is glowing I am so satisfied with my results already and I cant wait to get back and get some more treatments lady's you are in safe hands !

I booked with Harmony for a session of 5 on the body contour package for my back! I have been struggling to get rid of stubborn fat on my back, even now while hitting the gym and doing upper body workouts.

Harmony is very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. Each week I noticed the difference in my back and actually was able to lose some inches off my back and waist. I was shocked by the end result after the final session. The difference was amazing, I am so happy with my results and I will definitely be travelling up from BIRMINGHAM again to see her.

The service she provides is friendly, professional, comforting and she ensures you understand the aftercare after each session too. Before the session she asks how you been getting on and if there’s any issues or concerns! I love this type of enthusiasm!

This is my first purchase from Polished and Poised. I bought the Lady Lotus body oil. I really love the scent of the oil and the way it feels on my skin. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Polished and Poised is run by a lovely, warm and friendly young business woman. During my initial inquiries Harmony was so helpful and quick to respond, I found that really refreshing.

I was booked for a body contouring session on the stomach area. Harmony informed me of each stage of the session, proving that she had invested time to study and understand the service she provides. I had 5 sessions in all, over the space of 4weeks. My weight went from 13st to 11st 12lbs. I truly believe 80% of that weight lost was from my stomach due to her contouring product. Loosing 8cm from both my stomach and waist, stubborn fat that was barely shifting with exercise. I was soo please, I felt fit, healthier and closer to my old self, than ever before.

I also purchased Polished and Poised Golden Silk Body Oil and Scrub. Both products were perfect in every way, from the packaging, pretty pink and gold theme, the beautiful scent and the quality. The Scrub paired with the oil will leave you smelling amazingly.
