Life insurance has always been something that scares me but speaking to Lewis Routley has been amazing. Setting up my life insurance policy was so easy and it felt like i was talking to a friend. Excellent customer care!
I decided to get life insurance as I’m expecting a baby and wanted to make sure my children would be looked after if anything ever happened to me. I didn’t really understand what life insurance was however Kalem Henry was really lovely and explained everything clearly, making what can be quite a daunting conversation feel very comfortable. I really appreciate the lengths the advisor went to in order to get a plan that works for me.
Lewis Routley was a pleasure to speak with and provided me with all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision, however not once did I feel pressured to make a decision there and then.
If the rest of the advisors at this company are half as good as Lewis then I look forward to any future interactions.
