Excellent customer service
Products are always good, my parrot enjoys a cup of parrot tea twice daily. The dried flowers are a great addition to their foraging wheel or tray. Customer service is excellent.

Great quality food topper
Great quality food topper, my birds are smaller so I use it in a foraging tray. I had an issue with one of the items, customer services got back to me very quickly and sorted for same day.

Fantastic business, excellent products
I've been buying products from Polly's since February. We've tried nearly all of the different products now and my IRN adores them, fine cuisine mixes are excellent and the various toppers and freeze dried mixes keep it varied and interesting. I was having problems finding a nutritious dry mix that she liked but now I feel content that she's getting a wide variety of ingredients that she's excited to eat.
The owner is also lovely to deal with, always responds to enquiries and gives great information.
100% recommended!

Amazed at how fresh the food is and our birds are not use to good food, transitioning them to this food has been very fun to watch as they explore and find new favorites everyday! Great products and service
My order arrived quickly and was well packaged with a few personal touches too. There were also helpful leaflets inside with useful information on the products I had purchased. My little parrot is loving his new food. Definitely recommend and will be ordering myself again soon :-)

Packaging is ADORABLE! The cute sticker went on my big white feed bin for the birds bulk seed bags. It looks the part there to 🥰 I vote for more cute bird stickers haha.
LOVED the product. Loved that the box it arrived in wasn't crazy big but fit the products nicely, nor was it a box in a box in a box!! (Drives me nuts when stores send things in boxes 10x the size and everything's broke!)
Colorful paper, great addition to my birds foraging... oh... and that's just packaging talk 🤣
The products themselves look lush! My birds actually eat them and it keeps my birds engaged and playful. Everything is as it says on the website. No faults. Do wish they offered some bigger bags or more foraging items like shredded paper or balsa chips 🥰

Wonderful products for your parrots, we have 2 conures who go crazy when we create a foraging feast for them! They absolutely love the farmhouse mix and run around with the green beans using them as swords whilst eating them 😂 one of ours also loves the flowers particularly the roses! The service is also wonderful and quick, the packaging is always done so beautifully too 😍

The products from Polly's Natural Parrot Boutique are good quality, and my bird seems to enjoy them. Delivery was quick, and the packaging showed care. While I appreciate the service, I feel there could be more variety in the foraging toys available. Overall, a decent experience worth trying again.
