Excellent product at a good price. Delivery takes just over a week but if I was in a hurry I'd go to Tesco.
Well worth the wait and love the mandarin collars!

Genuine scam. Like hundreds below they were quick to take my money and when they couldn’t deliver all products that I needed logically I requested the order to be cancelled and to receive a refund. Although this was promised and I was promised a refund 15 days ago, no such thing occurred. They even stopped responding to my email. Pathetic service, pathetic company, never ever ordering again. They simply buy cheap low quality stuff and resell for a bigger price. There is NOTHING original it’s all made in china and so poorly made, I wish I could add photos to show you all the loose ends.

EDIT after their response: Well somehow I don’t believe you. I was promised a refund in 3-10 days.. and that was 16 days ago!!! So why would I believe if you have already lied in the past on so many occasions? About having availability, about my refund, about not acknowledging my request to cancel the order before being shipped?? So many different occasions that you’ve done a very poor job on. Do not enter your details and never place an order on this scam site if you want peace of mind.

EDIT2: their email no longer works and/or they have blocked me, because I get undeliverable for wanting to know when I will be refunded. Just when you think this company can’t fail further.. :)

My experience has been terrible. After reading through their website before ordering, I thought I knew what to expect. They were very quick to take my money, but not at all to provide their side of it. Order placed 1/2/2022, money processed 1/3/2022, message that order shipped 1/11/2022 (from Avenel, NJ). There has been no updates to the USPS website and they have not yet received the package. I’m trying to get an update from Pologize, I have been given a different story every time. First one being that they personally contacted the shipper and it’s just not been updated, then told that due to high parcel volume at that location things are delayed, the last was that due to covid they are delayed.

Do not order from this company, it’s a trap!

AVOID.. This is NOT a real company. They take your money and then ship you some random clothes that are way off, and then when you send back they don’t refund you. I had to go through PayPal resolution dispute to get my money back after two months.

So the shirts arrived exactly as described. Only showed up on the shipping once they arrived in Australia.
The company is real and does come good with the orders.

Ordered shirts and received an email after 1 week saying that the items have been shipped.
The tracking links supplied show nothing. Not picked nor anything in transit.
There is zero contact information for any form of correspondence.
I'm sure I've been suckered.
It's been weeks now and still no idea if this company is real or just scammers.

Bought the Retro Military Jacket which is grey with white on the inside but they somehow sent me a Black one with brown on the inside?? It also took 3 weeks to get here and have terrible shipping updates. Too much of a hassle to bother returning it, won’t recommend buying from here

I'm not having a good experience with this company. Ordered an item Dec 21st. Got quick email confirmation of order with order# & tracking info (good). However, according to Trackiest, the item has been at a delivery point 45 minutes from my house for 3 weeks. I've recently tried to contact the company via email & phone to try and resolve the issue but they don't respond. They don't appear to have a working phone#. I've noticed on the responses others on this page receive that they don't provide contact information either. I'm about to give up and put in a complaint with my credit card.

Timely, well-mannered and good quality. Absolutely satisfied with the service and quality of clothing. No issues regarding delivery or time delays either. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me was because the pockets in one of the articles were a tad frayed and needed some maintenance on my end. That said, I will definitely definitely ordering again from these guys.

Well packaged, product is beautiful leather, perfect fit. Husband loves it, receives lots of compliments. Our daughter ordered one for her husband. Thank you very much! Love it!

Nice jacket fairly priced. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Package tracking is poor. As with everything right now plan ahead and be patient.

I recently ordered a jacket and was sent the wrong one. This is the email I received as a response:

If you choose either of these options, we will send you the address for our warehouse in the US. Please note that if you select either of these options, we are not responsible for return shipping fees or any loss or damage during the return. Tracking is required to minimize the possibility of this. When the return has started, please provide the tracking number to us.

Finally, we can give you a 10% refund AND a coupon for 15% off your next order if you choose to keep the item(s). Perhaps if you can't use it, it will make the perfect gift for a friend or family member!

This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never buy from this company. I never will again.

Excellent quality, packing was high class.loved it.

I finally got my two items from Pologize
The first was a cap. The cap was so big I think a elephant could have worn it.
The second was a coat the coat did not look like the picture. The removable interior with zipper should have been longer to almost the knee but the costs liner stopped at the chest.
They said everything takes longer because it is custom made. Custom made for who and whoever made it didn’t get the design right was also a slim fit coat NOT……..hopefully others will look up this company and not buy
