DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. My ordered was placed on 8/2/2022 and still have not received anything. It’s been literally 4 months already. Contacted customer service few times and got the same responses like other reviewers. I will try to dispute this charge with PayPal now.

I'm only giving 2 stars

I'm only giving 2 stars, as opposed to 1 star, because the clothes do look great. That's it, though. After waiting for 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I complained with customer service who couldn't give me a clear reason for the delay or a concrete date of delivery. It took me another 5 weeks to get my refund, to the point where I was beginning to suspect it might be a scam. Apparently it's a genuine clothing store, but I wonder if they're going be very successful with such poor organisation and customer service.

Let's sue them with a class action?

Can't believe that I feel for this scam! Ordered on 6th Sept 2022 for over $200. These scammers sent me shipment notice for some Italian mail but it's also fake there is no such shipment that exists.

They send the same generic email every time I contact support. Even here they just respond with a copy paste of the same message.

I would like to sue them,

Update: Thank you fellow shoppers/victims for reaching out via email. I know we are all disgusted by this copy paste messages and fraudulent practices. Let's save others from this company.

Corrupt company

Hi, this people stole my money; I made an order in august, over 300€, and still no order; I've sent dozens of emails and the feedback they give me is completely useless and vague. This is a corrupt company; still can't believe how is it possible for this guys to be in businees.

Company is just a scam

Company is just a scam. I ordered on Aug. 25th, emailed customer service multiple times looking for my order and received no help, they never shipped the item and kept my money. Very disappointed.

Pologize stole my money

To put it simply - they stole my money! I placed an order on 1-Oct-2022 and still not received anything (date of writing this review - 5-Nov-2022. I tried contacting them - no luck. I dont understand how Google/Facebook allows these fake brands to operate when so many people have complained about Pologize.

Do not trust this Company

Do not trust this Company - ordered a jacket which i have not recieved - every time i ask for status or ask for returning my money they just give me “a song”. Please find another place to buy your stuff.

SCAM - BEWARE!

Total scam company. Buyers beware. Placed my order over a month ago and have still received no shipping or tracking information, and the only word I've gotten from customer support is "We apologize for this inconvenience, but guarantee it will be worth the wait! We're just as excited for you to receive your order as you are, but sometimes, the best things take time!" What a joke. At this point just hoping to get my money back.

Long wait time

I placed two orders about a month ago and was told there would be updates but so far I have received none. I tried to cancel but they told me I only have an hour window. I have ordered from China before and it usually doesn’t take this long.

UPDATE on 12/20/2022

I just found out today that I have already received my orders even though I have not. I ordered a cardigan sweater and the tracking page on Pologize still shows that it is "on its way." However, only today did I click on the tracking number "Poste Italiane" and that page takes me to a web page called Trackiest and that shows the package was delivered on December 3.

Interestingly, I did receive a package that day - it had no invoice or indication where it was from and contained a plain white hooded sweatshirt which I do not recall ever having ordered.

I have contact Pologize and still have not received a response.

Update 10.19.23: I received detailed instruction on how to get a refund on my $10 hoodie and I was responsible for shipping which was $20. This was in January of 2023.

I know it's been a year and with Temu, Americans are starting to know what they are getting into. Too good to be true means it's probably not true unless it is. And sometimes it is a very good deal so you are going to the casino. You are getting half price off or more and waiting 4 weeks- the orders are coming by boat and the stress of getting a refund just Besides, I already lost $10.... I'm going to waste $20 on shipping?

That being said, once more - I received ANOTHER sweater in the mail. No explanation, just a hoodie. By God it was the the ugliest sweater I've ever seen in my life. I can imagine Slick Rick saying "Naw that's a bit much."

It was rainbow colored and looked like one of those tri-color sneakers from the Run-DMC era. Rainbow, and at the same time, kind of hippie tye-dyed, so very psychedelic. Also itt had bears on it. Cartoon Bears. I'm a 42 year old man. I'm not going to wear that.

Buyer Beware! This company appears to be a pure scam!

On Oct 1 I ordered quite a few things from Pologize, found them through Facebook. They looked quite nice, so I was very excited to get this clothing. I paid a lot of money, and unfortunately have only received the initial confirmation e-mail. They only today responded to my queries, but did not provide and estimated shipping time or tracking info. My order #'s were 157111 and 157112. I guess I'll need to find out about getting a refund. I would highly suggest to avoid dealing with this company unless they change their ways, as they appear to be unreliable and not communicative. In this day and age, shame on them for accepting so much money and not giving the courtesy of a simple updates.

Lastly, they may write below that they're sorry and they'll make it right, but they still have not. If they actually do, I'll write it here. Until then, AVOID.

Scam ass company

Ordered some stuff in august, only thing we received is a confirmation email. No tracking, no further contact, nothing. They ignore all forms of contact. Contacted paypal for a refund and pologize responded to paypal saying they would fulfill the order.

Update after received email from Pologize:
They saying in the email that:
“The frustration you felt is understandable and we would like to compensate you for the matter. We would like to provide you with a 20% code for your next order”

But what about the order that I have paid for??? No statement from pologize regarding my current order!

Don’t go anywhere near

3 months on and I’m still waiting for part of my order from this company that is presumably dropshipping.

Part of my order arrived with the material composition label crudely cut off with scissors. Not sure what they’re trying to hide, but I assume the product is not made from what they say it is or is not made where they say it is, or both.

Terrible experience, never again.

Have waited a year for my package

Ordered for more than 1000 kroner in september 2021. Still no package has come. They have stalled on every request. This has to be illegal somehow. My order number is #116869, in case a customer service agent sees this and looks into the case.
