Never buy anything from polomano, they are thieves they took my money and I have not received my order and it has been over 3 months. I contacted them multiple times with no results.

Item was seriously defective and no return allowed. Offered discount on another future purchase. Scam rip off

Subsequent to purchasing the items online I requested a refund because I became aware that this company sold items that greatly differed than what they advertised on their website. I also opened a case on Paypal in regards to a refund and it was declined because the company provided a tracking number.
The first two items arrived with incorrect sizes and grossly differed than the advertisement. Whether than going through the hassle of returning the first two items I gave the items to my younger son.
Soon after the other three items arrived with the same issue, and I immediately requested return instructions. The company first tried offering discounts on additional items if I would decide to keep the items. I refused this option and elected to return the items.
I was sent an email stating I could return the items for a refund or an exchange with an address in Miami Fl. No return shipping label was provided and I shipped the items at a cost of $21.10. I took a photo of the return box with the items inside with a note as instructed.
I tracked the return shipment and it was delivered to the address provide via email by the company on 1/9/2021.
Since that date my information on their website was deleted and my email has been blocked from their customer support email. No one has responded to my additional emails inquiring about the refund since 1/6/2021.
As I mentioned in my previous dispute regarding this company Paypal should not be processing payments for a company that operates in such a manner.
The customer support dept. was responding to my emails with discount offers and other solicitation until I decided to follow through with the return. Since then all correspondence has ceased.

I would just like to add to my previous post that although the item I posted back, which was tracked and Royal Mail have said it has been signed for and delivered, they still haven’t processed my refund weeks later. Every time I have emailed them about it they have said it hasn’t arrived at their warehouse yet. They have now blocked me from emailing them about my refund. Absolutely furious this company is in operation. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Received items months late. Then impossible to return. Website makes a vague reference to come online form you have to complete to "start the process" of a refund...but the forms virtually impossible to find. In the end got fed up and now have some awfully cheap coat that looked NOTHING like the picture and down about £50. Just avoid these scammers

Product Quality is so bad. Delivery took 3 months and I was more then disappointed. Looked like a costume on halloween. Never again!

Having waited and actual age to receive the purchased items, which they initially forgot to ship, I had to raise another complaint due to a damaged item. Same old tactics employed, "Really sorry", "Here's a discount code", "we'll ship a replacement immediately", then complete silence. Won't respond to emails, haven't provided a refund, so time to shame Polomano for the worst sales experience you could imagine, for lacking any moral code or a process to handle defective products. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE

Never received the product. No response, tracking numbers are faked. Fraud.

Over a week to dispatch which was worrying but eventually arrived about three weeks after ordering.

No customer service. runs smaller than size chart, unable to contact them via email. phone, terrible, terrible, terrible. will never purchase from them again

Product reached my local post office but was then apparently sent back to China never to return again. Company will not refund the complete order amount, saying it was $10 for shipping despite the fact I picked the free shipping. The customer service is horrendous and this seems like an established pattern. I should have looked them up first. STAY AWAY.
