Never received my order
I placed an order April 22nd of 2023 and in the description, they said it would take 6 weeks to ship. That’s completely understandable and I’m aware the preorder process can take a long time. It hit 7 weeks with no update so I emailed them and they said it would be a few more weeks. I tell them it’s okay and to just keep me updated. In June, I email them again to no response. I keep emailing them and they never respond. It’s now November and I still have not gotten a response and it’s too late to get a refund with my bank. It’s so upsetting too because they are active on social media and choosing not to rectify the situation.

Bad communication and extreme delays in shipping.
Ordered items the beginning of November with a stated delivery within 2 weeks. After close to a month of waiting, I reached out to the seller. Did not receive a response for an additional week. That's a month and a half at this point for those keeping score.
Response from seller stated item would be shipping the next day. After an additional week of waiting with status of "awaiting package" at USPS, I contacted seller again.
They stated that the item had been dropped at post office. This was not the case as it stayed in "awaiting package, label created" for another few weeks as I continually requested updates that we're not responded to until I began a charge back process with my bank.
Seller didn't respond to multiple requests for updates as the holiday approached then past by. Eventually the package arrived over 2 months after order with no additional updates or information provided from seller. Completely missing the holiday window (always awesome when a present is late)
Tracking on USPS site was accurate as it did update when the package was finally delivered to the post office almost a month after the seller stated they had dropped it off.
I'm all for supporting small business but this one is a joke when it comes to response, follow through and communication.
Highly disappointing. Do not recommend.
