Ordered some clip on earrings as a present for my mum, they arrived within a week and are beautiful, would definitely recommend

The Amber pendant is very nice with a beautiful stone and quality silver work. Polyanna were very helpful and offered a more expensive pendant for the same price when another had sold out. Quick delivery. Recommend

The pendant I bought is lovely but I was abit disappointed that there was no chain including in the purchase

Purchased a labradorite pendent, amber pendent and amber stud earrings, the items were stunning even better than the photographs and videos. The silver work is very neat and beautifully executed. Joanna has a good eye for interesting stones and amber and it shows in how her work is presented. Customer service is excellent, Joanna will talk to you, answer any questions and will send photograph's and videos of the items. Also ensured items were sent out for next day delivery and I was kept notified at each stage of the order. I can say my entire dealings with Joanna were more than a pleasure and the actual items are well made and stunningly beautiful. I will definitely buy from Polyanna again; it would be my first port of call for any amber or labradorite. I am recommending to friends and family. Highly recommended.
