Not shipped within stated timeframe

I ordered several mugs on December 16th. At the time of purchase, Polychrome Goods’ shipping policy stated orders would ship within 1–4 business days (this was not presented as an estimate). I understood they might not arrive before Christmas, but I did expect them to ship close to that timeframe.

My order did not ship until December 28th. When I emailed to ask about the delay, they did respond and said it would ship eventually, which I appreciated, but the delay was still significant given the stated policy.

The order was shipped via OnTrac, which resulted in additional delays and a mis-sort. When it was finally delivered, the driver threw the package onto my porch from several feet away despite the box being labeled FRAGILE. Nothing was broken, but the mugs were dirty and needed to be washed before gifting. They arrived well after Christmas.

The designs themselves are nice, but the mugs are standard, mass-produced quality. I later found one of the same designs available on Amazon at a lower price with much faster shipping. I prefer supporting small businesses, but that becomes difficult when shipping commitments aren’t met and the overall experience is easily outperformed elsewhere.

I ordered an item for Christmas on…

I ordered an item for Christmas on December 1st. We are now the 24th and the item still hasn’t even shipped. I emailed them to no avail. Called the number that seems to be disconnected.
They have given me 0 updates. Seems fraudulent. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered from Polychrome twice now…

I’ve ordered from Polychrome twice now and I just love the products so much, they have all been gifts (and some for myself) and they always make everyone smile! Also great customer service (put in wrong address and they fixed right away!) and fast shipping!

A Perfect Experience with Quality Items!

I have Polychrome Goods' Butter Bag, Hat, and shirts and love them! The customer service is 10/10. The quality of their products are also amazing. A perfect experience throughout!

5 star experience!

I’ve ordered probably 6-7 times from this company. The customer service is SO fast to respond to questions (the owner is super hands on and genuinely cares) and I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered. I pretty much live in their food-themed sweatshirts. I’m not sure about all of their shirts, but the ones I’ve ordered are printed on Comfort Colors tees which are the BEST most flattering and comfy shirts.

Received a used, dirty hat

Ordered 6 hats for a bachelorette party. One arrived 3 weeks before the other 5, but appears to have been worn before. It is missing the tag, the paper liner, and is dirty. The font is bigger on it and it is a different brand of hat than the other 5. I’m assuming they sent me the prototype for a product that they then had to order more of, because the other 5 shipped directly from China. Very disappointed in my experience and will not be ordering from this company again.

Order a gift for a friend--had to input…

Order a gift for a friend--had to input all the information as usual. Tracking stated the order was delivered 5/4. Nowhere to be seen by my friend. Thankfully, where it was delivered happened to know who my friend was because they lived next door to my friend's former student, and they were able to locate and drive it over via the neighborhood chat.

The label had no address, just the person's name, city, and zip code. I can't believe it was even delivered where it was.

Absolutely do not order to someone's address. Better to send it to yourself to endure delivery and hand it off.

Bogus shipping insurance fees…

They add bogus shipping insurance fees as "default on" rather than "opt in", which are hard to spot. Then refuse the refund them when asked. Also offer no refunds or returns. Comes across as a money-grab.
