Friendly, professional service and company
I've been a customer with Polycopy for 17 years now. Steve and Andrew who I mainly chat to are always friendly, professional and helpful when you contact them via Chat or by phone.
Any issues I've had (very few) have always been dealt with promptly.
Graeme Shipman is a brilliant delivery man. He's very professional, nothing is ever too much trouble. He's always friendly, fun and cheers me up.
My paper is always put away in my room for me.

Excellent service from Polycopy. Aaron, the driver who delivers our paper is incredibly kind, always helpful, and constantly cheerful and smiling.
Today he really went above and beyond by helping me and my colleagues in the estate department organise and move large paper boxes — two full pallets! His positive attitude and willingness to help make a real difference and are very much appreciated.
A special mention also to Polycopy for their fantastic customer service overall. Ordering and delivery are always smooth, professional, and reliable.
Highly recommended!

I have recently started using Polycopy and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Their response times are excellent - from the time is takes me to send over a request, to receiving a quote and then an order confirmation, to actually receiving the items - it feels like a blink of an eye! Graeme, always goes above and beyond, especially today with the amount of building works in the delivery area! polite and efficient - a real testament to Polycopy and the service they provide.
Easy and friendly ordering and always with next day delivery, you really feel looked after when you ring for a quote, always willing to go the extra mile to find us something if we need an item that isn't normal stock.
I have used Polycopy for many years (14+ years) now across several schools that I have run Repro units in and despite the turbulent price market, I know they can be relied on for best value and service.

No kerbside drop here, delivered straight to the supply cupboard and helps to empty pallet before removing all waste.
Plus we always get biscuits with the invoice. An all round good service.
