Exceptional Customer Service
Polycote was recommended to me by a friend and it met all of my expectations. Rhys was exceptional, in respect of his customer service, and despite my making several calls and asking numerous questions (I am not a professional builder), he remained patient and personable throughout our exchanges. He also went the extra mile by researching some photos for me and talking to my builder at length about what was required. He was a credit to Polycote.

Applied two coats of Flortex Professional over two coats of WD Primer in a busy drive-in hire studio. Really amazing product! Painted over a year ago and still looks great and very easy to maintain.

Ordering from the website is simple, easy and quick.
Delivery is great as the products are very well packed and tracking info is always reliable.
The product I've used, wetaflex, is great. It's easy to apply and does the job. I'm trying the trowel grade tis time to fill some bigger gaps

Fantastic customer service
Cemcoat is an excellent product but what really impressed me was the customer service. I am just a domestic customer, not a tradesman but they answered all my questions about the product and its application promptly and helpfully. Would buy from them again without hesitation.
