Great services all around. I called over before buying online and emailed as well and got really clear and concise advice and even help with choosing the right sku's to ensure I bought the right products. Wat spijtig om te lezen dat het zo lang heeft geduurd voordat uw bestelling is verstuurd, excuses daarvoor!
Uw heeft lang op uw bestelling moeten wachten, omdat een product niet op voorraad was. Zoals wordt aangegeven op de website had dit product een levertijd van circa 21-30 werkdagen.

Because the shipping time condition on website are false. The site indicate 1 day of shipping time for may region but i still waiting the pachage after 2 days.

I saw that you are living in Sicily, the most southern area of Italy. I hope you understand that it is very hard (nearly impossible) to deliver your package within 1 day.

Never again
Took ages to deliver, later I found that the same moulds they sell are on aliexpress with literally the same pictures for half the price. That is most likely while it took AGES to deliver. After a few months of no updates I asked for one and they told me "the molds are waiting in customs" (meaning they are NOT from the EU which likely confirms my Aliexpress theory). Three weeks pass and I have to ask for another update because nothing came. They sent me the resin after I asked them to cancel the order and then the one bloody mold I was waiting for separately. That still didn't anger me enough to write this review. The resin they delivered to me is utter useless c r a p. I used the mixing ratio from the packaging on a precision scale, made tripple sure I am not mixing up the hardener with the resin and mixed thoroughly with a mixer. I poured everything in and voilla! I waited a week because I forgot my molds near the heater which kept the tiny room on 25°C and after that I can throw out about 80% of my molds, as it has cured to a sticky jelly which is impossible to clean out of molds with all the crevices! Should have never ever strayed from Gedeo or Cleopatra. My inlaw poured a resin table with the same brand and it came out ABSOLUTELY wrinkly. He had to saw and sand off all the resin. He contacted the shop and they just told him "you bought the wrong one for your project" despite the fact that he consulted with one of the guys from their prior, and BOUGHT THE RESIN BASED ON THEIR RECOMMENDATION. If I could give a negative rating, I totally would.

Absolutely amazing service!
I have yet to use the products but so far my experience with PolyesterShoppen is amazing! My order was delayed because one product was out of stock, i asked them to cancel that one item and the next day my package was delivered! Upon delivery i noticed one of my molds were not in the box and contact them immediately. They replied within the hour and send the mold with their courier. Richard who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. Thanks PolyesterShoppen you will surely be seeing me again! Cant wait to get started with my ResinArt :-).
