Wil zelf bepalen wanneer ik betaal

Vervelend, gaf laatste betaaldatum op, maar eens in eigen app, kan de kalender enkel op vandaag de opdracht uitvoeren. Waarom niet gewoon met eigen app betalen, maar ongevraagd via pom??

Dag Marieke, POM heeft als derde partij geen toegang tot de betaalagenda functionaliteit van de banking apps. Een online betaling via Bancontact is eigenlijk een 'kaartbetaling'. Je kan het vergelijken met een betaling met je bankkaart in een fysieke winkel. Steeds meer klanten van ons bieden echter wel de optie aan om de betaling tegen de vervaldag te plannen (en wij sporen hen ook aan om dat te doen). Wellicht heeft jouw leverancier dit nog niet geactiveerd. Zou je via siska@pom.be kunnen laten weten over welke factuur het gaat?

Elke negatieve review verdwijnt

Elke negatieve review verdwijnt, alleen de door AI gemaakte eigen ophemeling blijft staan, hoe zielig kan je zijn. Ik poste reeds meerdere negatieve review over de jaren heen. Ze hebben er nu al 3 !!!! Zegt dat iets. Ik schreef er gisteren nog een, komt nooit online.

Dank u, POM, om betalingen buitengewoon eenvoudig en efficiënt te maken met jullie slimme en gebruiksvriendelijke betalingsoplossingen. De QR-code betaalopties zijn zonder twijfel een gamechanger! Veilig, snel en afgestemd op de noden van vandaag.
