Ordered a T-shirt on 08/07/19 and it arrived today 16/07. I’ve not used Pondon since back in the day on eBay (2007/8) and I’m glad to see that the service is still great. Very fast delivery from Japan. Will definitely use Pondon Store again.

Bad and definitely not good at all, except for the alright prices.
They don't reply and you dont really know how to contact them. It's non-sense. The prices are alright for bape. It's still overly expensive, nonetheless, but that's not the point. I emailed them so many times, and they still didn't answer my emails. I really want my bape hoodie. If I'm paying so much for a hoodie, there shouldn't be so much problem caused. They say I have to pay the shipping fee AGAIN, because of the declared value being lower than the item that I ordered. They are bad with customs. I think it is delivered back to them, as I think the one that is on ebay for sale is the one that I ordered. If that is really my hoodie, then at least email me first. I didn't even get my money back. They didn't even respond to my emails, so wow... originally: 3 stars .... After thinking about it: 2 stars/ maybe one if this is actually the case.
