I placed an order from them 45 days ago and still haven't received my product! have paid extra money for faster delivery but still nothing happened. I do not recommend that you order anything from them. they are fake and thieves.

DON’T ORDER ! IT’S FRAUD
I received the wrong item 2 weeks ago. Instead of having a bluetooth wireless ball, I got the one that has a wire, and no bluetooth (50$ instead of 110$). And it doesn’t even look like the picture and doesn’t respect the description. The ponggi team is telling me that this is the wright product, even if it’s not (there is not even a bluetooth thing it’s ridiculous 😂), and they don’t want to refund. DON’T ORDER THEY ARE FRAUD. I’ll talk to my bank and will get my money back, but this is unfortunate because I really wanted the item that I ordered. They are supposed to have a money back garantee but I’m telling you, they don’t !!!

A ripoff. Not worth the money
I would give no stars if this were possible. The item I ordered was a complete ripoff. Poor quality tat that did not look like the photo on the website. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as this was a birthday gift for my mum. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible service, Not worth the money
I placed my order in December 20th and I payed $24.99 for 3 day fast delivery. I received my order on January 11th. And on top of that it looks horrible.
