Buenas tardes! Desconocemos tu nombre y no nos dejas ninguna referencia para que podamos analizar por que medios has podido contactar por las alegaciones de que "no te respondemos". Pero si nos llamas al 937 008 770 en horario laboral, seguro que un compañero te atenderá de inmediato. Respecto a que el producto venga sin scoop, lo primero que te recomendamos es que mires bien en el fondo del bote ya que con el transporte el contenido se suele mezclar y muchas veces el scoop queda enterrado en el fondo. Si aún así lo has buscado y no lo localizas, ten en cuenta que en los procesos de fabricación pueden producirse fallos. Y por último si dudas de la originalidad del producto, nosotros mismos podemos ponerte en contacto con el fabricante para que te confirme que somos clientes de su marca desde hace muchos años.
