I get very easily distracted in a gym, I lose count, I get self-conscious and stop what I’m doing, and it really affects my progress. I have a habit of giving up and heading home before I’ve completed my workout, mainly because I can.

The sessions are really fun, he really makes them interesting and keeps me on my feet. I’m feeling the benefit already. Communication is great too!
