Jamie was helping me on this, incredibly knowledgable but broke all points down so that I could understand.

Very down to earth and easy to work with couldn't recommend these guys more.

Initial conversation regarding payment didn’t reflect sudden invoice requests.
No communication or progress for over 6 months and initiated by myself as concerned, told not enough funds paid to progress but when challenged in £900 credit . Asked to drop marriage certificate in as poor copy sent to courts , when challenged you had received it 6 months earlier .
Might as well have used an online divorce as felt like I managed every step of completion myself and paid fir the pleasure . Divorce took over 12 months and was a straight forward uncontested , very stressful.
Had to use Poole Alcock again as previously used to purchase property .

Poole Alcock have recently guided me through my divorce. The concise information I was given made the experience far less traumatic that it might otherwise have been. My solicitor was always very quick to respond to my queries and on the rare occasion he was not available they would be picked up by another member of the team. I felt my needs and requirements were understood and met in a professional but caring manner. I would highly recommend this firm of solicitors.

Contacted the team about a situation with my children. They were very helpful with the beginning processes, but it did go quite quiet towards the end and updates seemed very scarce (not 100% at fault here, awaiting responses takes time as I am aware). Overall positive experience, would recommend.

Rachael is clear, honest and very good at explaining difficult information in a sensitive way.

Hi very good but sometimes difficult to speak to your solicitor when one has left a message for them to call you back. This is only on the house side. But i realise that at the moment things have gone mad in the buying and selling of property.
However on the divorce side in your guidelines it tell me not to use names but i HAVE to say helen stoller was brilliant very professional and kind to me when I was down and ill. Please don't let helen go she is a asset to you. I would like to take this opportunity to say many many thanks for all your hard work on my behalf.
