Poole and Wimborne Burial ground staff were fabulous. Both Natascha and Marie were so kind and very very professional and organised . They made the whole experience seamless and are a credit to the company. Other staff that I met were also absolutely lovely. The service was beautiful. My only comment to the management would be that the inside of the building, particularly the toilets could do with a refurb and the catering was very basic..would have preferred more home made food and much less quantity and would have been happy to pay more for this .

From the moment I arrived at the burial ground it was clear that this was where my wife would have wished to be laid to rest. After talking to Marie and Natascha I was certain that they would take all the organisation of the funeral off my hands and leave me to deal with the things which really mattered: music, readings etc.
On the day everything ran very smoothly and my wife had a really beautiful send off.

Right from our first visit the staff were really caring and considerate, even asked if my father had a favourite colour and would we like the bearers to wear a neckerchief of that colour on the day, which they did, was a nice touch.
Everything was exactly what we asked for and done with dignity and compassion.
And absolutely beautiful surroundings.

The support that we received was exceptional, from start to finish.
The staff made sure that the day went smoothly.

Sadly I lost my Nan and my Grandad lost his beloved wife.
Mrs June Bealing had booked plots at Poole and Wimborne Burial ground in 2001 as soon as she seen how beautiful it was via a brochure.
When my Nan passed on 25th Jan 2024 Marie was fantastic and so very helpful.
As a family we didn't have a clue what happened next but Marie kept in touch and made the process so easy.
No pressure was applied to get anything done straight away or to purchase any extra knowing my Nan had already paid for the essentials.
On the day of the funeral I saw my Nan look as beautiful as ever.
It was a very small and low key service but the team did us so proud.
A tad muddy due to all the rain but the grounds looked so pretty with all the daffodils at Bloom.
I know my Nan will be very happy there in a place she can finally rest in peace.
Such wonderful customer service we as the Bealing family can't thank you enough.

Nice waiting area. Ashes had been 'supplied' exactly as I requested. Only problem was that we were to be taken to the area for scattering then left alone but one of the staff stayed nearby throughout. I felt unable to ask him to leave. He was not obtrusive but I didn't want him there. The person I had dealt with when booking was not present though he told me he had passed my request on to the staff who were there.

Absolutely wonderful support in arranging the funeral for our brother, John. Lovely staff, very well organised, and all within a beautiful and tranquil woodland setting. The service and all arrangements felt very personal. The catering at the Horns was much appreciated, and within a couple of minutes walk from the service facilities. Thank you so such to everyone involved.

Elisa and the team handled the funeral of my late father, and everything around it, with grace and kindness - and also with clarity and efficiency, which was hugely appreciated at such a difficult time.

Right from the start the welcome to P&WWBG was genuine and and helpful. Everything was explained and questions answered promptly and thoughtfully.Every effort was made to successfully accommodate our large congregation, a choir and a band. As both a close friend of the deceased, organiser of the event and the (novice) celebrant, they guided me through the mechanics of preparation from the time of the death up to the burial itself. they always had time to talk to us and answer the most trivial questions, I would be happy to recommend Poole and Wimborne Burial Ground for it's kind, caring manner at a difficult time in our lives. Thank you Ladies.

I have to say we were very pleased with the help and support in arranging the funeral for Baby Oscar. It was such a difficult day, but the teams couldn't have done anything else to support us. Thankyou so much.

All members of staff were really lovely, Emily was very kind, respectful and helpful and made the whole process very clear and as stress free as these things can be, checked in often to make sure nothing had changed about the plans. It's not easy saying goodbye to people you love, but the services provided were very professionally handled, and i am very grateful for all the work everyone there put in to get things sorted for us.

Great attention to all the detail required.
We were very pleased that the hearse was not a black one - silver white was much nicer for my aunt, she would have approved.
Wonderful peaceful grounds - lovely autumnal shades everywhere, will be back in the spring.
