Can’t fault Andrew at all
Very quick response, clear communication and evidently takes a lot of pride in his work. Left our windows that have not been cleaned in about 9 months looking like brand new.
Was very professional and ensured his work around our offices was done safely.
Overall, would highly recommend!

Having used this company for many years without any problems, they suddenly stopped coming.
I called to ask why and they told me it was no longer financially viable for them to clean my windows any more!??
When I suggested that they should have told me they weren't coming any more, the man on the phone was rude and unapologetic.
Dreadful customer service.
Would definitely NOT recommend.
With regard to dog mess in the garden, the cleaner always phoned before he came, so we could pick up any dog mess. This system worked well for many years and so it was not a problem.
They have definitely cleaned our windows in the last few months.
I have never been abusive to the staff of this company, bit the man on the phone was extremely rude to me.

I have now received a full apology from this company which I very much appreciate. Had this happened when I called, this review would not have been posted.

I specifically needed my gutters cleaning as they were clogged which is not the easiest task on a 3 storey house but Andy made light work of it. Highly recommended.

Top notch service at a reasonable price. Our Windows at out new office hadn't been done inside or out in a couple of years due the building being vacant and the difference once they were completed were amazing!

After being let down by two previous window cleaners, I was feeling dubious about trying again. Thank goodness I did as Andy really has been third time lucky. - windows cleaned to a very high standard whilst I was out, no need question if they had been done as they were sparkling clean.
