Albeit unlikely, It is possible that a mistake was made at the cutting or fabrication stage of production. Please send us pictures so we can start the troubleshooting procedure. Perfect fit and a great product.
I'm so glad I did it myself,well with the help of a couple of neighbors. The liner went in, in about 45 mins after prepping the bottom. It fit like a glove and I was swimming the next afternoon. Was so easy I'm considering getting another one so I have winter and summer liners. Seriously, a great product and service. Thank you so much.

Love my Dolphin Island Pool Liner!
My new Dolphin Island Pool Liner looks AMAZING in my pool. My grandchildren loved it.
Thanks for this pattern. There should be more very beautiful liners to choose from that has sea life on them. There needs to be lots of brilliant colors as well.
