Beware of this poolshop.com disguise. They are really Maytronics. Maytronics has tons of terrible reviews. I ordered a pool heater ignition replacement from them. Had some issues with shipping and then realized they have no posted customer support phone number. Only email support. I emailed and did get a reply saying the package was on the way and if any additional issues please let them know. Well, the part did arrive broken!! I immediately responded to the same email only this time I got no response. I included pics of the damaged part. I waited a couple days and sent another email. Nothing. I then sent a third email and still nothing. I’ve since asked my bank for a chargeback. Beware of this sham company.
