We purchased a $3,400 pool, and the liner they sent was completely undersized and unusable.

Unfortunately, we discovered this while contractors were on-site installing the pool, which caused immediate delays and additional labor costs.

When we contacted the company, we expected them to take responsibility for the mistake. Instead, they offered only $150 and a $100 store credit—despite the liner retailing for over $650. They also wanted us to package and return the incorrect liner while our project was stalled.

This situation cost us both time and money, and their response felt dismissive given the impact of their error.

We are extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability and would not recommend purchasing from them based on our experience.

Ordered punp Saturday. Within one hour sent email to cancel. Tuesday I get an email dictating In have to call in. Item had shipped. I asked for a RA. She said I had to receive first. Had they acknowledged their email in todays world of technology this item would not have shipped.

I ordered a Provac Plus Auto pool cleaner. Don't waste your money on this thing! I messed with it all summer and could not keep it working. It stopped almost everyday because the flipper valve is just poorly designed. This is not the only issue. This thing no matter what you do goes in a pattern and never covers even half the pool. I have had the Creepy Crawly product and know what works, but I couldn't find one, so I tried this POS. Its made by Doheny. So I called customer service and they wanted me to return it and they would send another one. The box is long gone. I'm not buying another box and getting another one, that wouldn't fix the real problem, and that is, it's a poorly designed POS! So, if you buy something from Pool Supplies Superstore bear in mind that you that if you want to return something you have to pay for it AND they will only send you the same thing that may not work! I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM POOL SUPPLIES SUPERSTORE!

I purchased water bags that said heavy duty and they came but 3 of them leaked the first 3 days at the end corner joints. Tried to find contact info to let them know and there is none on their site.
So disappointed in the quality and will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a pump on the May 29 they sent me the tracking information on the 30 took my money out of my account same day order ed They said two to three business days shipping. I called on the June 4 because the ordered still sittin in Wisconsin Leo said ok we will send you another one 2 or three days. Something said call back now I was told it will take 24 hours for them to check on the ticket they created and then another 2 to 3 days for the pump to be delivered so there two to three business days has turn into two weeks Don’t order from them this company is a joke

ordered a pool liner , shipping was fast however when i opened it I realized it was a beaded as well as a j hook type . When I saw unibead I thought it was beaded. This liner requires you to cut the top off all the way around to use it as a beaded liner. I called cust. service and they say I have to pay for return shipping. WHO KNEW UNIBEAD WAS NOT A BEADED LINER!!

After reviewing the prices of the Heyward Pool Pump in many Locations, I decided to give the Dohanny's In-Ground Pool Pump a Chance. With several Customer's, Pumps out, I bought the Dohenny's pump. I saved a ton and it works great, is super quiet, and I am totally happy with it. So are my customers with theirs. I definitely will use them again. Their sales Team was Great, too. We ordered the wrong pump we thought all pumps had an on/off switch. Customer service was awesome and our refund we quick. Both times we ordered it was here before the expected delivery date.

I ordered a pool pump twice. The first time, i forgot to separate billing and shipping address and it said transaction failed. I caught my mistake and modified the information and the transaction went through. I received an email the next day saying the order was cancelled. I responded to Customer service saying that this item was being bought as a gift and asked to reinstate the order and they told me no. I would have to re-order it. So I did being meticulous about the details to prevent this error again. Unfortunately, they again cancelled my order. I sent them email it was obvious they didn't want my business and that I would be ordering from somewhere else. And I did.

In response to your reply; I did reach out via your customer service link in your email. I explained the situation and gave you the number of the person to call to verify this was a legitimate transaction. I also asked you re-initiate the transaction. Your response was it couldn't be done and I would have to re-order. After explaining the situation in an email to you (via your link), you still declined the transaction you instructed me to make. This is now a you problem, not a me problem.

The product in question, is a SOLAR COVER, which was marketed as a high-quality item with a guaranteed lifespan of three years. However, shortly after just one year of use, it began to disintegrate, releasing microplastic particles that are harmful to the environment. This leads us to suspect that the company is aware of the product's inherent defects and that the stated guarantee policy of three years is misleading and disingenuous.
The malfunctioning solar cover of the pool caused damages our plumbing system, resulting in substantial expenses for cleaning and repairs.

We demand that the company rectify this situation by providing us with a fair resolution but the warranty is a joke & customer support rude.
Highly discourage buying from this company.

The pool cover was sold as being 18' x 40'. The product that was delivered was 18' x 37.5'.

I was charged twice for the product I purchased. Your system only shows one purchase and the order number associated with this email. Very disappointed with this, I've used you over the years without any issues and when I called I was told to send an email to your customer support team! Really!
