excellent service from sales (Phil) to installation (Charlie). Installers hoisted slates up narrow spiral staircase in good humor and with due care.

After being disappointed with 2 Simonis cloth suppliers that claimed they had the Slate Gray color in stock and ultimately not being able to deliver after payment, I reached out to Justin at Pooltables.com and he confirmed product availability and provided an option for next day air to get the cloth onetime for my install. Not happy I had to pay an extra $54 for shipping when I could have received it on time for free from the other 2 vendors. Justin followed up and the install went well

I went online to pooltables.com and was amazed at their selection. After narrowing my choice to 3 different pool tables I called them and spoke to James Torres for guidance. James knows his stuff! I decided to purchase the 8 foot Spencer Marston Westchester Dining Pool Table.
Within no time I received a call from Philip Castelluzzo who set up the delivery time and date. The delivery was right on time and the set up guys were extremely professional and got right to work. It took them less than an hour to put together a magnificent pool table. They set up guys removed all boxes and were on their way!
BING! BANG! BOOM! Everything from placing the order to delivery and set up was a breeze! My family and friends love the table.

I ordered my Prato pool table online after my visit to the Pooltables.com NJ showroom. Visiting the showroom gives you a great reference to the woodwork color, quality and style of a few of their pool table selections. The NJ showroom staff were friendly and answered all my questions with no sales pressure. The pool table installers were courteous and punctual. They also removed my old table before the installation of the new one. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with pooltables.com.

Great quality of construction on our 9 ft. Spencer Marston table, it came out exactly as portrayed on pooltables.com. Some supply chain issues delayed the manufacture and delivery, but that's par for the course in this day and age. Once the table arrived in GA, it was delivered and install in a timely fashion. Pay for the white glove installation considering what assembling a pool table entails: there are a lot of pieces, and a number of skills are required along with precision measurements and an important attention to detail. They utilized a local billiards and spa dealer to do the install and while they needed half a day, they did a great job, and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

What a great name “PoolTables.com”, at First I was a little skeptical about the name but when I found out they have Brick & Mortal stores I began to feel at ease, I said to myself they're legit!!! So starting with the first phone call to Phill Castelluzzo. I received a good pool table at a great price!!! He answered all my questions and concerns, and I received my documentation and receipts promptly. The personal service that I received from Phill was awesome. As soon as the table arrived at their warehouse, I received a phone call the next day and the table was installed 1 business day later. The installation team was pure professionals, and my table was up and running in about one hour! I would highly recommend this company. I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

The pooltable was ordered online - very quick and easy, and deliver/set-up were on time. The delivery/install team were very personable and were in and out within an hour, no mess and the table is beautiful. We will spend many hours with family and friends enjoying the table/game.

Ordered felt with a delivery of 13th. When felt didn't arrive, attempted to contact company for information. Was hung up on 3 times when asking for a tracking number. Took 4 more days to get a half-hearted email stating that it was backordered and asking if I wanted a refund. Do not recommend this business as there is no clear leadership and they don't know what they have in their inventory.

After all of our questions were answered by Justin Garzon, we ordered our Prato pool table with ping pong conversion top on October 25th. The process was easy and everything was documented quickly. On December 20th, our table installation was completed. It looks really nice and we’ve been using it since. Overall, we are satisfied with Pooltables.com as well as our pool table and recommend pooltables.com if you are planning to purchase a table.

I bought the Chesapeake model pool table online from this company and was very happy with the outcome. I ordered the table on November 23rd, and it was installed on December 20th, so it took nearly 4 weeks. I ordered custom embroidery, which understandably delayed the shipment by about a week. The table was shipped to a local installer who made an appointment to install the table. It took him and his helpers 4 hours to build and level the table. It is a very high quality table and came with decent balls and cues. The table is solid wood with a 3 piece framed slate playing surface. (The framing of the slate is particle board or mdf, but that is to enable stapling the cloth to it.) I am happy with my purchase.

My wife and I purchased the venetian pool table last month. We could not be happier. upon opening the box of accessories, my wife screamed out that was nice of the company to throw in a shower curtain. I told her that it was not a shower curtain, it was the pool table cover. I then purchased the pool table cover from pool tables.com. the cover fits snug. I ordered the wine cover. it was a little darker than I thought. a little pricey but I will stand by the 5 stars. NEW POOL TABLE AND NEW SHOWER CURTAIN IN ONE. MIKE B

MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE OF THE SPENCER MARSTON TABLE. AFTER ORDERING ONLINE, I SPOKE WITH ANDREW WHO FILLED ME IN ON ALL THE DETAILS. JOE GONZALEZ AND HIS HELPER CAME ON FRIDAY EVE AND DROPPED OFF THE BOXES.THE NEXT MORNING THEY CAME AND PUT THE TABLE TOGETHER.IT IS A BEAUTIFUL TABLE AND SUPERIOR SERVICE. 10 STARS!

We are very satisfied with the whole experience of purchasing a pool table online. We were very hesitant buying something this expensive sight unseen. However, Justin was super helpful and patient. He sent us a swatch of the wood because we were unsure of the color. He answered all our questions before the purchase and after delivery and set up. Tony and Michael who set up the table were also super professional and courteous. You can't go wrong buying from this company.

This is my second table from them and I am nothing but satisfied. 7 years ago I bought the 9 foot Catana, and for the new house I bought the 7 foot Venetian. Both extremely high quality products, and the customer service from Philip Castelluzzo and the team are top notch. Pleasant experience from purachase through installation. Very knowledgable install crew, great follow up from Phil and team during delivery process. Also purchased the 5 foot storage bench and half moon tables, all excellent quality.

As a first time buyer of a pool table, I did a lot of research online and checked out several local stores. Ultimately I found Pooltables.com had the best value and customer service. Philip at the Edison, NJ location was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and made the whole buying process seamless and stress-free. Given the positive experience, I decided to add on the wall pool cue rack and table tennis conversion top. Their third-party delivery and setup service also was top-notch....right on time, professional, and courteous from start to finish.

I should also add that we did receive a damaged table tennis net, but Philip and the team in Edison shipped us a new one immediately and free of charge.

All in all a great experience and we are thrilled with our table and equipment! Highly recommended!
