I'd would (and have) recommend Pool Town to anyone looking for a high quality in-ground pool. We went with them after seeing some of their other work around town, and meeting with Billy sealed the deal. He was very responsive and super helpful in making the initial decisions. It is a big investment, but this isn't the type of thing were you want to cut corners - you get what you pay for, and I feel like I got quality. The process takes time, but was definitely worth it. All the subs did good work, and really seemed to take their time to do it well. The electrical contractor especially went above and beyond to make sure the line got run just the way we wanted. This is our second summer with the pool and I wouldn't change a thing about the pool (well, maybe I'd look into variable speed pumps but that's just me wanting circulation 24/7. The Hayward they installed is a tried-and-true workhorse). Also - definitely go with the X-bracing and Octal upgrades, they are worth it!

Pool Town did an excellent job installing our pool. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, specifically Leesa Desimone. She made the whole experience great from start to finish. Its evident that she is an expert at her job and customer satisfaction is definitely her top priority. The pool was expertly done and was a great addition to our yard. I would highly recommend Pool Town to anyone. Thank you to Leesa and staff.

besides the few bumps along the way the overall product is amazing. family and friends love it here and a huge thank you to billy and Chrissy p for all their help along the way. we’ll enjoy this pool for years to come!!

We just had our beautiful pool town pool completed and we simply love it. There were minor bumps along the road but everyone we dealt with was genuinely a nice person. Billy A.was our sales guy, Gina in phase 2 was excellent, John in construction remedied a situation successfully. Humberto and his team were WONDERFUL. The excavator Weldon were also great. We used Jersey’s Finest, Ceasar, for our beautiful stamped concrete patio and retaining wall. Leesa was also very helpful and lovely to deal with. Personally I would recommend Pool Town. I’m a project manager so I understand that not everything runs perfectly, but we LOVE our new pool.

Pool Town just finished constructing my beautiful new inground pool. It took a little longer than I expected but every time I had an issue Pool Town was on top of it and fixed it. I want to give a special shout out to the General Manager Antoinette who gave me her personal cell phone number and who resolved all of my concerns with ease. The final product is outstanding and everyone they sent to my property was courteous and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to put in a new pool.

Pool Town finished our pool in 2021. we still have a few things to sort out but as of now the service has been AMAZING! would recommend it to anyone. they have all the upgrades you would want and an amazing staff that keeps on top of what needs to be done.

We were so happy with our experience with pool town. We were lucky enough to put our deposit in right when Covid started but we knew that due to the supply chain demands and less workers it would take time to have our pool installed. So our pool was dug in the fall and by the spring it was completed. We were thoroughly happy with the communication process and the builder trend app helped us stay up to date with everything. Billy our sales rep was so great and very up front about everything so we had no surprises. Kristen, Maria, Lisa were all wonderful to work with in all the phases of our pool. Whenever we needed them to come out or had a question they responded quickly and had someone at our house. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and is enjoyed by all of our family and friends.

I have ZERO complaints about Pool Town. Dealing with their staff from start to finish was a pleasure. Even to this day I continue to use Pool Town for all of my pool needs, from chemicals, to openings/closings, cleanings, etc.
You WILL NOT be Disappointed!!

PoolTown finished our pool back in 2020 and was nothing short of an amazing experience from beginning to end. The communication, the work ethic and time spent turning our dreams to reality. I highly recommend them to anyone in the NJ area looking to get a pool. Don’t even waste your time looking elsewhere. 💯

What a fantastic summer, thanks to Pool Town. Our pool is everything we expected, and more! It’s beautiful, easy to maintain, and brings family and friends together. We followed your suggestions and guidance and couldn’t be happier!

We signed our contract July of 2020. We were told construction on pool would start spring 2021. Excavators dug the whole for the pool, June 2, 2021. We have given Pooltown $39,000 so far, It is now August 15, 2021 and still no pool. Communication is poor, customer service is poor.

When we decided to put in an inground pool, we researched many different types of pools as well as many different pool contractors especially during a pandemic we realized things were going to take time and we needed to find a team that we felt comfortable with that we felt were going to give us the pool of our dreams , we were naturally pulled towards Pool Town from Howell NJ. From day one everyone went out of their way to help us build the pool of our dreams . There are so many people we would like to thank , for their dedication and professionalism and I am deeply sorry if I missed anyone , but it all began with help from Mike and Chris part of the ownership team, to Laura and Sandi, and Lisa and Leesa , Kaelyn and Jordon, The Dig Team The Fennelly's, to the pool build team, Tony the electrician, Jo Santos Masonry team, and Lee Santos waterfalls . Everyone was true professionals, and real artisans in their field. We made the perfect choice in pool contractor's, I would highly recommend Pool Town to anyone interested in building their very own backyard resort.

Signed contact with Pool Town in May of 2020 and the pool was completed in late October 2020. Throughout the process communication was great with Maria from construction. With Covid and shutdowns happening we expected some delays but Pool Town kept to their timeframe for a fall install. The pool itself I believe was built with great attention to detail and superior to other companies out there with their IBEX construction. We had our own paver company do the pavers around the pool and now we are enjoying our backyard oasis. The kids love it!

If I could put ZERO stars I would. I signed a contract Sept. 2019. 2 years later July 21 I fired them. Probably the worst company I ever dealt with. I am not sure how they are in business. My pool still not done they have all the excuses in the world and they have no clue what's going on. There own employees are fed up with them. Every time they were supposed to show something happened.... NOT only that they wouldn't even call to reschedule. Plus they tell you one price and when they come they hit you with crazy CHANGE ORDERS. I can write pages long with proof but they are not worth it. DISASTER LIARS FAILED INSPECTIONS (they called for inspections for plumbing not only we didn't pass but the inspector said why am I here). Also their property manager JOHN he needs to go to school and learn how to speak to people.
They will probably respond to my REVIEW with lies and bs cause that's what they are about.

Pool town did a great job our pool is amazing a few bumps in the road but it was all worth it in the end

We selected PoolTown, even though they were rather far away from where we reside, because we had heard that their construction for Vinyl type in ground pools was superior to others. We were way more than pleased. The installation was quicker than we expected, well coordinated in terms of the various parts of the install (excavation, install, patio, water feature etc) and the end result was outstanding.

Now, it is 13 years since our pool was installed and we have enjoyed 13 trouble free years and we still are using the original (very thick) liner! Everything works as it did back then. It just so happens that it is time for a new heater and Pool Town were the only people who returned our call to have it replaced!

A pool is a big choice. You won’t regret using PoolTown.

Pooltown installed my pool 15 years ago and every summer we are still
pleased with the quality of it! The design is perfect, the waterfalls are beautiful and we truly enjoy it each year! I also have been using them for opening , closing, and all maintenance on the pool since they first installed it and couldn’t be happier with the service I receive! Complete professionals!

I am just finishing up the construction of my pool; and Pool Town has been extremely professional, accommodating, and great to work with throughout the entire process. Even during the height of the pandemic, they moved to get my pool designed, dug, and built out. They were there for me every step of the way, making sure that all my questions were answered timely, and seeing that all township inspections took place quickly. The excavators, electricians, masons, waterfall designers, and office staff are wonderful and do a great job!
