DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...CROOKS

Last fall I ordered a quantity of 28 water blocks w/lids for my inground pool (Item Number SKU1787591 Kit: Pack Of 28 INVOICE #5081498). I paid an additional fee to have the order insured against any possible damage. When my order arrived, 9 lids had damage (holes/cracked etc.) and 3 of the blocks were damaged. After opening a ticket and months of emails back and forth I was told that the lids were being mailed to my residence and I would receive a refund for the 3 blocks. The lids that were to be sent, never arrived. I made numerous attempts to get them to provide me with tracking information to find out if they had been sent and possibly misdelivered.
Never could get a response from them, and to this date have not received the replacement lids. The refund check finally showed up in February. When I deposited the check in my bank account, it was returned NSF (not sufficient funds). This check was only for $19.71! What kind of business doesn't have enough funds to cover a check that is for less than $20??? Everytime I attempt to open another "ticket" (only way you can communicate with them), the ticket gets opened and closed with no further contact with me to resolve the issue. Please pay attention to all of these reviews and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Stay far away from this scam

Charles, Ronald, etc
You really have stooped to a brand new low by blaming your customers for your shoddy customer service & support. One need look no further than the Better Business Bureau website to see that you clearly are not running a business based on morals & ethics. 228 complaints, 184 of those within the last 12 months and yet unlike other ethical businesses, I notice that nobody from your "company" ever replies or attempts to resolve customer's complaints to their satisfaction. It's not just the BBB website who has given you an F rating, you'll find the exact same thing at any other website where your business is named. Anyone who owns & operates a business that is above board and not out to cheat their customers, only to turn around and blame them for said companies inability to provide the products/services as advertised, would be working 24/7 doing anything & everything to satisfy their customers and restore their reputation. It seems that is not of interest to you and your ilk. Rather, you just change the name of your "company". Pools Express, Pool Deals LLC, Pool Express, Pool Zone, Pooldeals.com, Poolzone.com. Did I miss any? Why not just provide the products/services that you advertise and do so in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive a quality product? It might work for awhile until people all over the internet share their story and from what I'm seeing, they are sharing it anywhere & everywhere they can. I'm one of the lucky ones. I do a lot of research on companies and their owners before doing business with them so it didn't take very long at all for me to read all about you and your "company." Not sure if you believe in karma, but if you do, uh-oh!

We ordered pool steps 38 inches wide…

We ordered pool steps 38 inches wide and it took over 3 months to get them then the box wasn’t labeled what the size was so we opened them and realized they were to small and through numerous texts they told us they won’t give us a refund or exchange them. Very dissatisfied with their business. Will never deal with them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! TOTAL FRAUD!! THEY HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT NAMES: POOL ZONE; POOL DEALS; THEY HAVE A D RATING WITH BBB AND MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS! I ordered a 18ft liner and inline chlorinator from them because I googled and they were the best price. The next day I went online and read reviews and was shocked! I then tried to cancel the order to which I was told they could not cancel. I kept on emailing them then was told that they would cancel but would charge me fees and they could not guarantee cancellation. When you look up your order it says "sent to warehouse" with no other information and you can't speak to a person! I have never received a refund nor have I received the order!! And when you open a ticket for customer service, someone named Rodrigo emails you back with a bunch of BS excuses. PEOPLE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU ORDER!!! Look at what I found on the BBB website. Don't waste your time or money. Just order from Doheny's. I got my order within days!!
