BEWARE. If for some reason you need customer support from this company, they will [make poopoo] on you, laugh in your face, and avoid ANY responsibility.
I chose to pay extra money for the option that had the two-day shipping time. Guess what? It's a lie. It took several more days to even ship. When I received the shipment notification, I noticed that we would be gone from town by the time the order arrived (this is exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying the extra money for the "fast shipping"). I wrote and notified the company that we wouldn't be there anymore by the time the package arrived, asked them if something could be done to re-route the shipment to a new address.
Their response? "Nope, sorry, can't do that." They suggested I ask the Airbnb owner to check if the package had arrived. The owner was super kind and accepted to go to the apartment and check if there was any package. There wasn't. I write back to the company to explain the situation.
Their response? "That sucks for you. There're nothing we can do, we're not responsible for stolen package and we definitely don't give a frog that it was our fault that you weren't there when the package arrived. You're on your own".
So I lost over a hundred dollars and spent a terrible time dealing with these incompetent and indifferent a**holes. Maybe buy it if you're 100% sure you'll be there when the package arrives. Maybe the product is great. I guess I'll never know.

Your order was created on March 23rd, and as per our policy, it was shipped within 5 business days after that. Please note that for express delivery, it may take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
We apologize for the delay in transit that occurred with your order, causing it to take 10 days instead of the expected less than 5 days. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control. We offered you a $35 refund on the express shipping fee as a gesture of goodwill and you have accepted the offer.
Please note that the order has been delivered to the address entered at the time of the order placement, and our shipping policy states that we are unable to update delivery addresses after an order has been shipped to prevent fraudulent activity.

Neat idea but
Neat idea, but the print quality is not good, and it’s hard to tell because all the review videos and blogs don’t really show what the prints look like. I bought this to spruce up my travel and fitness journaling, but it’s just not going to work because the photos are so pixelated and blurry. Probably great for printing from the app or text but nothing more.

Very poor print quality
I thought the printer would be a fun thing for my grandson to use. I purchased it along with various rolls of paper. I looked at reviews and other operational instructions. Nothing seemed to tell me how to get better resolution on the print or to get a color print. Everything printed looked so poor..even text. Such a waste of money!

Cute and fun little printer

Not a very impressive device
Not a very impressive device. I “splurged for the 300dpi” and the resolution is still junk. I got it to use for travel journaling and my backpacking treks, so it’ll do the job, the sticker rolls side margins are unequal and inconsistent from print to print. I probably would’ve gone with a mobile kodak photoprinter, but I didn’t realize they had a pocket version

Lower quality than advertised, NO RETURNS
Much lower quality than what the website shows for the “higher quality” 300 dpi printer. Not a clear image at all, and significantly darkened. Also, you can’t return an open printer, so if you want to try it out to see if you like it, they won’t take it back. Some “happiness guarantee” - how am I supposed to know if I’m happy with a product I haven’t used?!
