Poopourri aka Scentsible LLC Harasses and picks on small businesses on Etsy who sells competitive toilet spray products. I received a notification via Etsy informing me they deactivated my listing "Stink Be Gone" Toilet Spray due to Copyright Infringement.

In the meantime while my listing is deactivated and I am losing money with each minute my listing is down. I have now been going back and forth with their lawyer Kim Boyle from Richard Law Group in Texas about how I am within my legal rights with my listing and have been in NO way of Copyright Infringement. FINALLY after many emails she withdraws the Copyright Infringement Disclosure because she realized I was right... This has now been 24 hours and my listing is still DEACTIVATED via Etsy because of HER and her client Poopourri aka Scentsible LLC with their false claims.

This is an unethical company who tries to bully smaller companies who sell competitive products. I do not recommend this company.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very upset with this company as they have gone political. I bought a product in "good faith" and now they bother me about their latest partnership with,
" When we all vote." It's a left wing radical view group hiding under the guise of helping people sign up to vote. I will NEVER purchase here again!

Preemptive strike on odor has been necessary during quarantine... one in every bathroom!!!

Relatively inexpensive.
Can be ordered online or found at several retailers nationwide.

Incredibly poor service. I placed an order on 1st May. I chased twice for an update and still have not received the product. In fact, unless I chased and asked the company on instagram, I got zero updates. I am still waiting for the gift items or my money back. I find It bizarre that a company is happy to take my cash but not proactively give me any updates about a heavily delayed order. I've now asked for my money back. The saga continues.

The product I have received are good. However, they messed up an order of mine and told me I had a refund coming to me. Which it has not. I called customer support and she said they issued a refund and id have to talk to my bank. So they have no responsibility for anything and don't care. She basically just brushed me out. Customer service could use a lot of help. But product was nice If you can buy in store instead of online.

Works like a charm! The citrus scent is lovely.

4 out of 5 .would have been 5 but for the fact that it doesn't work on all types of poop. Most that go into the bowl or pan and sink beneath the water are pleasantly masked. The ones that are in a hurry to escape your bottom and jettison onto the back of the bowl like a sticky chocolate brownie mixture are not masked by the pleasing aroma of the spray. This is not the fault of the spray but just my observation of what can happen in the real world.

Never received my items. Customer service was unresponsive.

This works! I love it. My five year old uses it too He loves it so much he took it to pre-scool for show and tell! I bet you did not think of this marketing tactic 😜

Good stuff! Really works.

Not a happy customer. Received my bottles, one was leaking and sprayer did not work. Contacted customer service, they sent me a new sprayer that is smaller so now the cap doesn't fit the bottle. It was messy and I lost product from the bottle leaking everywhere.

Awesome to receive a freebie on a product that we already use! Thanks so much, it has been a staple in all of our bathrooms :)

Excellent customer service. I had a postal delivery problem. Not their fault but post service delivered to the wrong house. When I enquired they were willing to re ship a new order to me. Very kindly. Finally after finding my package at my neighbors house I let them know right away not to send a new package. But... upon opening my order there was one item missing. Sooo again I was back emailing them about the missing item in my order with no explanation. They kindly refunded my money for the missing item right away. So even though it was quite a long wait and the mix up on delivery not poo pourri control. They handled the problem very quickly and efficiently.
