Do not buy from Pop-spot!!!!! Quality is appalling, and they refuse to accept returns and refuse to give refunds, despite their policy that they state on their website, saying, “We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station.”
They are also breaking the law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act (2015) in the UK, which covers returns and refunds when deciding that you are not happy with the product, especially when purchased online. But they think they are above the law. Do not buy from them!

The boots that got delivered were so bad in quality. The soles were plastic and the material of the boots were so thin.
I asked for a refund and they said no.
So annoyed. Do not buy from this website.

Absolutely awful quality!! Do not buy. The boots I ordered took 2 months to arrive they are not like the pictures they are plastic cheap rubbish and they will no refund me !!!

The parcel is delivered safely and safely. Boots came just right, my size of boots is 37, and I ordered 37.5 The boots are very comfortable, soft, they are very light. Very nice look on the legs. As will be worn I do not know, but at the moment the purchase is happy. It will be convenient to run to work. I recommend the seller.
