Ive gotteen the Inart batman and a hot toys wolverine, i paid for 3 day international shipping and everything arrived on time and i got legit figures. Definitely one of the better websites out there for international figure shopping.

Foolishly went against what others on trustpilot and YouTube were saying about this company by preordering the Thor age of ultron artisan edition, emailed them twice regarding the order and so far haven’t heard a thing. Probably won’t hear from them to be honest, considering what everyone with a 1-star review has said. I question the 5 star reviews as they seem sketchy and akin to “ fast delivery of parcel, recommend highly “ it’s like a robot wrote those reviews.

Do not waste your money on preorders and definitely do not take “ Justin” from “ justinscollection funny endorsement of the site seriously. I mean honestly, how does he get the figures every time while warning everyone else to “ do their research before buying”

If they want to offer a refund at the cost of you deleting your negative review, tell them you won’t remove it until you see the refund in your bank account.

Since 2023 i made 9 orders here and had never problems, right now i am waiting for my oldest preorder to ship. 10/10 experience! Customers service replies fast and also had never problems with shipping! Thank you!

so i have a follow up to my unsolved situation….my package was stucked in german customs cause 2 figures worth 600 euros has been markt as a gift worth 50 euros ….and for sure the german customs wont believe it ….so i declined the package and Fedex send it back to pop …fedex tracking number
381262115321 …it arrived 3 days ago and once again ,after numerous emails ,to cancel this order, that Klarna payment will deleted….NO RESPONSE!!! I spend there over 4000 euros and that’s their policy??? when it comes to customer service ?????

Do not trust Pop Collectibles. They are completely dishonest, lacks any morals, and actively manipulates their star rating through financial extortion.

My 12 yr old son used his birthday money to save up for a figure. Because he doesn’t have PayPal, I placed the order for him. When the company broke their own contract and tried to keep over £70 of his birthday money as a hidden 'cancellation fee,' he was absolutely devastated.

I left a 1 star review to warn others. The company immediately panicked and contacted me, explicitly stating they would only release my son's full refund if I permanently deleted my negative reviews first.

To get a child's money back, I agreed and took the review down. The moment it was deleted, they broke their promise, moved the goalposts, and ghosted us without sending the rest of the cash.

They are holding a 12 year old's birthday money hostage to force us into silence and protect their fake 5 star rating. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Let’s be completely transparent. Your "standard practice" involved trying to keep over £70 of a 12-year-old child’s birthday money for a figure you never even shipped.

You didn't offer a refund out of "goodwill"—you explicitly stated in writing that you would hold my son's money hostage unless I deleted my 1-star review first. That is illegal review manipulation, not an amicable agreement.
I removed the review in good faith. You then let the entire business day pass in Hong Kong without initiating a single transaction or even a pending PayPal notification. Only after I reposted the review did you suddenly find the time to reply instantly to cancel the refund.
If you are truly "open to resolving this," you have my PayPal details. The review stays up until my son's birthday money is returned in full. The matter is now with PayPal's Resolution Center.

While this is only the second order with Pop Collectibles, each time they have reached out to me when the item I ordered is ready. They communicate, answer questions, and they ship to you what you pay for. Anyone leaving a negative review doesn’t understand how pre-orders work when buying from Hong Kong along with the wait times, especially if it is a 3rd Party company such as SooSoo. I appreciate just being able to have another retailer to purchase items I normally wouldn’t have access to. I have had zero issues with Pop Collectibles and will continue to give them my business. Any wait time is due to the manufacturer of the figure you purchase as well as couriers, it’s not due to anything PC has done.

Still waiting for a resolution for my case. Order made in Nov last year. Defective product and only promisses that the case would be solved. They don't reply anymore.
