Lacking customer service
The product is great. The customer service is not. Definitely not impressed. We had to order this $149 additional order because the fundraising department customer service is basically non existent. So disappointing. They didn’t send an entire case of our order for High School Fundraiser. Over $700 order…no call after multiple attempts to contact. Only accessible through email the reply time taking over a week each time. As the organizer, trying to wrap up our season, get all orders filed then keep track of all missing items, deal with parents questions as to why no info…I finally called the reg cust service, the rep told me the only option would be to order the 18 pc case. So that’s what I did. Now dealing with being reimbursed from the school. 🙄 Still no contact. So here’s your review. Stop out sourcing your customer service call center and not training them up properly. Your rep let me know how that goes. Ridiculous. Get it together and take better care of your organizations and schools using your business for fundraising or don’t bother.
