I ordered from here in April 2020 thinking they were Australian. They were not! They are a UK based site with my order coming from the US?
One half of my order came quite a few months later, with no protective postage packaging - it was an absolute miracle it survived in one piece without denting.
The other half of my order hasn’t arrived.
It’s been over 15 months - I’ve contacted them 6 times to find out where it is. The first messaged was replied to stating it was due October 2020. The rest of my enquiry messages/emails have been issued as “completed” on their end, yet they haven’t replied to any of them.

I signed up to the 12 pops per month Classic Box subscription for $188AUD.

I followed the instructions and thumbs up and down pops I wanted from the Categories section of "My Account" I wanted Disney and Pop Pets - everything else I thumbs downed, I also thumbs up a couple of pops individually.

I received my box earlier this week, about three weeks since I ordered not too bad considering COVID-19 is still affecting shipping and weather delays in the US (oh and it shipped from the States as well something that wasn't mentioned on their site). I was super excited about what was in it.

It was disappointing to say the least. I haven't been sent A SINGLE POP from ANY of my thumbs up categories. I received 12 pops from categories I had thumbs downed.

Confused as to why this happened, I double checked my category preferences in my account... Guess what? IT HADN'T SAVED MY SELECTION. I sent an angry email off to customer support. They have confirmed what I already knew, because I hadn't thumbs downed the anime / animation categories I received all 12 pops from these groups. Well DUH I told you that in my original email!!

Customer support completely ignored my complaint that THEIR system never saved my selections, and yet that is now my fault?? Because I went through and completed the instructions as stated but never double-tripled checked that it is in fact working as it is meant to, I now have 12 pops that I'll most likely throw in the bin, wasting nearly 200 bucks and my time having to deal with their incompetency.

The pops that I did receive, didn't add up to the value - $188 - of the box either. Most are worth $7 - $12, two maybe worth $25 if you find the right buyer. I can't even resell these on ebay to get my money back!

Their only saving grace is the packaging was good and the pops were in good condition. Everything else is a waste of time and money.
