Amazing! As a busy working single mom I really needed laundry off my plate so I could get caught up. The laundry was too much. It was the one thing that was sending me over the edge and it never stops. Poplin has been amazing! The people who are doing my laundry are great communicators and take extra care! Thank you so much!

Poplin is super convenient for me as a massage therapist. I call it Uber for my laundry. The app is super easy to use and the laundry pros are reliable and dependable. I have the flexibility to have my sheets complete in one day or offer flexibility if I don’t need them right away. This service is also the most cost effective I have found for what they provide. No more lugging heavy hampers for me!

The service is always top, the clothes are always folded neatly and place in a bag and smell freshly.

Poplin service pro went above and beyond. I have been using the service for months. This recent time my clothes were stolen. I ended up finding them after they were dumped The service pro come back to get them and took care of them.

My laundry pro Ashley is wonderful, and I have been using her for years. She always responds and accepts my order timely, and always picks up and returns my laundry within the promised time frame. It is always clean, neat and packaged just right. She is the only laundry pro I prefer to use.

I do not believe all the reviews on here are from legitimate customers, I can not confirm it but I highly suspect this is PoplinLaundryPros cover up.

Because in reality, what you sign up for on their website is not a requirement to be followed by whom ever decides to do your laundry. They are called Laundry Pros, however.... there is nothing professional about the service being provided or the customer service provided by the company. These are contractors they hire and Poplin will take no responsibility for their actions regardless of violations.

That insurance you pay for on the order? Look closer, read closely. Its not what you think it is. I have the receipts, the pictures, and all the proof. And yet still sitting with no solution except to buy new clothing that was ruined by the company and keep my fingers crossed that they approve the receipts.

I hate doing laundry, but I love Poplin!

It's fast, easy, and surprisingly affordable. Since I don't have laundry in my apartment, I used to spend about the same amount of money while wasting ten times as much time sitting in a laundromat.

One of my favorite things about Poplin is that there are usually several Laundry Pros available in my area. That means I can send out laundry whenever I need to, whether it's a small load or a mountain of clothes. There's no schedule I have to follow—it's truly on-demand.

For me, it's been a huge time-saver and a much better alternative to the laundromat.

I was skeptical about trying a laundry service, but Poplin has absolutely won me over. The convenience of doorstep pickup and delivery is unmatched, and the quality of the wash and fold is flawless.
