They came and raise the prices on all products without letting consumers know which it’s a greed. Also too many bots cause when a release comes out it keeps crashing and nothing has been done so that’s why I give it one star and no one is not talking about nothing! Well that’s my opinion each his own!

There is no chance you can get anything from this site. They put their own things on Aliexpress with bloated price and tag the same products as "out of stock" on the official website.

Bought an item in the store and it was defective, tried to return it in store at a different location and was told that they can't search up the item/receipt, every store is different. However, their online website said that they can return it to any store. Supposedly, the staff called the manager to tell me the exact same thing and theres nothing they can do to return the item. How can return policies be different depending on the store? They won't accept their faulty items. I deleted the app and no longer felt interested in this product. Please be aware of this company, there are also more customer's experiencing receiving faulty items with possibly a refund less than the item bought.

Terrible site
Terrible site. Have spent weeks and hours attempting to secure a Labubu only to get a network error message and/or notifications that the items are on reserve which then continuously get extended. Yesterday I was online from 6:20 pm PST) for the 6:30 pm drop of the Macarons only to get an error message again that did not allow me to check out to items I already had in my cart - this has happened at least 5 times now. I never have issues like this with other vendors. The store absolutely does not care and are reveling in their popularity. I think they forget to understand that it is the consumers that are feeding their wallets and we are getting tired of the bullsh*t
Terrible experience
Was trying to purchase a labubu today. I had one in my cart but had to wait till 6:30 to purchase. At 6:30 the website went down, I was able to proceed to payment but then everything crashed. I tried to go back or refresh the page and got an alert that my actions have been restricted and the toy was no longer on my cart?! I was simply trying to make a purchase that YOU make extra hard for me! If it’s this difficult to simply purchase it and I have to be treated with such disrespect and outright gatekeeping, I take it as you don’t want my money so I won't be buying from them again.

Website is complete garbage. Impossible to buy any Labubus. Website crashes constantly, items in my cart disappear, I even get blocked for no reason. But guess who doesn't get blocked? All the bots buying them up. With something so popular you would think you could have a better system? I’m tired of wasting my time.

Not a soul will talk to you about anything, its all AI and auto mated responses. They only care about getting paid and that is it. I've spent the last two hours trying to get customer service beyond AI and it hasn't happened. Do not even bother.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! What a useless website! I waited until 12pm to purchase a skullcandy item, as soon as 12 hit they were sold out! How on earth can they sell out within a blink of an eye! I'm disgusted with the service, it's a disgrace. How many do they have in stock, they just give to the greedy that will go on to sell for hundreds of pounds and give to selfish influences that brag on social media!
