Please never order items from this website! They will not refund as they just ignore my requests for providing me the return address! And whatever you receive ... you want to refund! The fabric is so bad you will never ever wear it anywhere at anytime. I just threw 150 USD away and I am so upset!

Ordered something 6 weeks ago. Beyond the order confirmation there has been no communication. They haven't responded to my emails. There is no customer service phone number.

Ordered item never came
Ordered item never came - no refund was issued and the "customer support" does not respond at all. The company is located in China - I filed a formal fraud complaint with my State's AG office - but I doubt that will make a dent as they are overseas. Best thing I can do it shout from rooftops for other consumers to BEWARE - POPMIRA IS A "FRONT" COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN - They do not have products available as they attempt to "pre-sell" in batches and only ship if they get enough one-off orders. BUT when they fail to ship, the only way to recover your money is to challenge the charge with your credit card company.
I am pursuing a class action suit and a large group complaint and/or lawsuit with FB as most of their ads stem from that platform. If you have also been wronged by this company - I am starting a petition website this weekend before my meeting with AG office on Monday. You will be able to find it under Popmira criminals search You will be able to add your name to the petition to withdraw their ability to do business thru US banks.
STAY AWAY! Seller located in CHINA... Difficult to work with. Inferior quality products.
Purchased a number of items ($88 USD worth) which were being shipped at different intervals. The first arrived and it was of inferior quality - plus overly small in size. I contacted customer support about cancelling remainder of unshipped order, in addition to making a return. WHAT a nightmare. The website makes it sound like returns are fast and easy - no where does it state that the company is located in CHINA. Customer service keeps responding to my return/refund requests with negotiations. They are offering to refund a small percent of my purchase amount to just avoid my returning the merchandise, since it's so expensive and difficult. Here is a quote from their customer service email:
"Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
Another email, after my twice declining the 15% refund offer:
"Sorry for causing you any inconveniences. Paypal will also require you to send the items back. Returning to China will be very expensive, how about we increase the refund to 25%? Will you consider this?"
However, this is quoted from the Popmira website, describing their return process:

Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

There is nothing fast and easy about this process. I still have not received a credit to my PayPal account for the items they cancelled from my order one week ago. Out of principle, I am going to fight this and get a refund, and not take a 15% or 25% credit. PayPal will cover my return shipping fees.
PayPal should require any business they contract with to CLEARLY DISPLAY the country of origin on websites.
No more Popmira or any other shady Instagram seller for me!
