DO NOT ORDER from this company. My review will be the same as the others. They give you a tracking number, and say the item has been delivered, and it never arrives. I have communicated with the customer service, and (very interestingly) they are very responsive. BUT nothing ever happens. TOTAL SCAM!

Scam, do not use that company. They claim they deliver Item, cant provide any tracking of order. Good thing i used PayPal so i got my money back.

SCAMMERS!!! I don’t know how or why they haven’t been shut down. All reviews are the same. Item never arrives. Found this ad on tik tok to buy a giant skeleton for Halloween purchased it and it was this website. Sent confirmation email with tracking etc item eventually says delivered but never was. You get nowhere emailing them!! shame on them!! 😡

Total scam! Fake tracking information updated. No products received though the delivery has been updated to state that the order was delivered. The name of the website and email address does not match which I spotted post purchase unfortunately.

I ordered and never received,said it was delivered,,when it wasn't.Then said new worker with courier got sacked. Another email said it was being resent. Now trying to send email and it's failing to send. Update:I sent another email and said I thought I was being scammed etc and wanted my money back,and didn't have a new tracking number. Just checked my emails tonight and I have a tracking number which is coming up on my Auspost App. Fingers crossed. The parcel was tracked on my Auspost App and turned up in NSW delivered today. They must use other tracking numbers to fool us. Never order from this mob please. I ended up getting a refund through PayPal.

as many others have mentioned - total con artists. show completely ficticious logistics flow and then tell you it's delivered and don't provide and proof nor any name of carriers etc. Then I take it up with Pay Pal and they decide it's delivered and suiplier wins. complete BS - Steer well clear, and Pay Pal too! Idiots....

They never deliver your item but insist it’s been delivered. Do not use this company!!

Similar to other reviews...item ordered, tracking number for an unnamed courier provided, nothing arrived, and many emails back and forth. Said that they courier has fired an inexperienced employee and offered to refund me 50% immediately, then the rest once they got from courier. I demanded 100% immediately and we've been in back and forth emails where the 50% turned to 55%, and now 60% with pleas that they are going to lose their job, etc. Super creepy scammer. I've turned over to the credit card company to handle.

I purchased an ice machine for my daughter who is suffering from mouth pain due to her cancer treatment. I paid for the item, it did not arrive. They could not provide any information about the “missing” item and then proceeded to tell me a whole lot of lies, finally they offered me a 50% refund.
What kind of person steals from a terminally ill “customer”. The lowest of low.

Total scam! They send you tracking information showing your product shipped and it never arrives. After multiple emails back and forth, they still tell me to look in the bushes for my product. Complete rip off.

This Is, scamer Company do not buy from then they will still your money I wish it doesn’t allow you to put a Stars on it. They say they sent you product and it doesn’t show up never.

Steal your money, mark item delivered, but nothing arrives.
